my 96 Chev truck broke down at 4 pm on a Saturday afternoon. it was towed to Edwards Garage. I thought there was no chance it could be repaired until Monday, and headed to a hotel. Much to my surprise I got a call at 4;30 that it was ready to roll after a faulty battery cable was replaced ! outstanding service
I know little to none about cars and I forgot his name the older mechanic on Saturday s was super friendly and helpful as he explained what he was gonna do and look for and why. Very transparent and instantly became the main people I go for regarding my car

Been coming here for a while now. Excellent service from everyone I've interacted with. I've recently opted to just start coming in to talk to someone for everything because the new phone system is the worst. You end up talking with someone on the east coast and then they try to transfer you back to the dealership and can't get through to anyone. Doesn't make any sense.
I have boughten 4 vehicles from Edwards Garage with my most recent being a 2014 Buick Verano. My salesman did an excellent job explaining all the features and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. The business office acted in a very professional manner collecting my personal information and handling the financing of my vehicle. The service department have always been able to fix my vehicle right the first time and the courtesy shuttle the provide is extremely convenient.
Got great service from Dale Smith when looking for a used vehicle. Found me just what I wanted in short order, bling and all!
*Buyer Beware* The Red 2014 Ram 1500 Sport currently on their site has major mechanical damage to the engine and transmission. Truck apparently had new cam and lifters put in but was still misfiring on 2 cylinders after. DO NOT buy without having a misfire scanner thrown on it before purchase. Hood also has a ton of rust bubbling throughout underneath that god awful bug deflector thrown on it. Steer clear of the truck at ALL COSTS

We had a breakdown with our campervan while driving through Rockey mountain house.
It was lucky that the garage was close by so we spent the night on the parking lot to let them have a look at it the next morning.
We figured out that our transmission is burned ... Worst nightmare when living in a van.
So we had to order a new one. They also tried everything to find the cheapest one possible for us. Sadly the shipping time turned out to be a week, so we asked the owner if we could sleep on the parking lot for this time (we couldn't move anyways) and he was super friendly, let us stay and use the waiting room + wifi and plugs ... He even said if they would have showers, we could have used them.
After a few days of living on the parking lot all the staff knew us and was super friendly, on the weekend the owner itself came to the parking lot even though they were closed to take us for a ride in his car to show us what we could do in the town.
And after a few days of waiting the service person who was responsible for us told us, that his friend wants to sell a van, same model as mine just a bit older for a price less then what the transmission would cost and that we should check it out ... So we ended up buying this van.
They took the transmission out for us and put it in my van. Also they replaced a few rusty parts with better parts from the other van to safe time and keep the costs for the work low.
The solution with the other van safed us much time and money and we were back on the road sooner then expected which made everything way more relaxed in the end.
Overall the staff was super committed to our problems and they did everything to help us.
It sounds strange but it was actually a great experience living on this parking lot and in the end we were even allowed to fill up our water containers

Broke down in my truck passing through RMH, the service department took us in and had the problem fixed in about 2 hrs. They even let my moms dog wait with us in the customers lounge. 5/5 if I lived in the area this is where I would take my vehicle. Excellent service!!!

We purchased a new ( demo ) truck in Dec 2020, Our sales consultant Stephen treated us with kindness and was very personable, he genuinely listened to what we were looking for and after some weeks of searching he was able to find the truck that was right for us, The overall experience was positive and we drove away feeling that we weren't just a sale or dollar sign. A huge shout out to Darcy , who greeted us with a smile from the service counter as we addressed some minor issues, and for Travis who fixed those issues and also the ones we weren't aware of, Travis also installed a bush guard bumper and he did a fantastic job! Another shout out to Timothy from the Lube Service Bay who was friendly and meticulous.
On the few occasions I've been to Edwards Garage, whether for personal or work use, I have always had a good experience. The staff are friendly, and have assisted me in a timely manner. I look forward to future dealings with them and will not hesitate to purchase a vehicle there when it's time for a new one.
Edwards Garage is my place of choice. whether it be the friendly sales staff, the service department or even just for a QUICK oil change i have always received the best customer service experience. half the staff have been there for probably the majority of their working lives, this just goes to show that they not only treat their customers wonderfully but the staff as well. I'd recommend Edwards to everyone and anyone!
we bought a 2012 chev avalanche in June 2013,Zac Kennedy is the best sales person i know and a month a ago i tried the lube shop for my first oil change ,,they where fast and kind and did a great job,,,I highly recommend both places for shopping!
Got a new water pump installation costed close too 1000$ wasn't even the issue with my truck, was still over heating another 150 they charged again for diagnostic wanted another 1400 for a new fan motor. Service department there just out too rip people off for money and parts DO NOT bring your vehicle too them!
If there was such a thing as a negative star, I would apply it!! Took a used truck in for an inspection and had my wallet stolen that had 400$ in it. Talked to management after. He explained to me where the truck had all been and who's care it was under at the time, and that was as far as they would help me. So let the lesson be learned. either take your vehicle to a different place, or make sure to take all your belongings out of It.

If you want a great experience purchasing a vehicle definitely go to Edwards Garage! We shopped around a bit looking for a good used truck. Most dealers we're happy to show us all the features of a truck we liked but not Edwards, the first thing Terry did was show us a copy of the inspection report so we could make a decision based on facts. The honesty and desire to get us a fair deal was overwhelming. They weren't trying to sell us anything, they were all about assisting us in making a good choice. Sue made the paperwork easy and seamless. Thank you Terry and Sue, we are so happy with our "new to us" truck!!

I just finalized my third vehicle purchase from Edwards in the last 4 years. My wife and I bought our son a pre-owned Chevy Cruze a couple years ago. My wife really liked the car and enjoyed the no pressure experience of dealing with Terry so much, that she decided to buy a new one for herself. Today I just picked up my new GMC Sierra. I have done a straight purchase, a vehicle trade in and now a holiday trailer trade in. All experiences have been fantastic. I received very fair value for the trade ins and great deals all around. The service we have received from all departments have been incredible! Top notch staff!!!! From Terry, my go to salesman, to Sandra our finance lady to dealing with Zach the sales manager, I could not ask for better. The service department and quick lube have also been impressive. Great dealership and even better people. After dealing with Edwards, I see no reason to ever shop elsewhere. HIGHLY recommended for all your vehicle needs and service.

I'm a Ford guy, but, I was there for an RV part as these guys do that thankfully. We were camped at Bighorn the first wknd in October/19 and the propane regulator packed it in the first night. That 5th wheel was like a fridge over night!! Travelled into Rocky to stop at the competitor RV place thinking they would solve the problem for sure... but they were only open weekdays at that time of year. Not Edward's. Not only were they open but they actually had that regulator hanging on their display shelf. Sold!! The guy at the counter was very helpful as well. Thanks guys!!
UPDATE: New center cap was ordered and installed, big thank you to Edwards garage service staff for making things right

Always come here to get my oil changed, and there was a differential nut they could not break loose so they ended up squeezing me in to the mechanic shop to make sure that it's taken care of.

I recently purchased a used trailer from Edward's. After taking it out for a few weekends of camping , I noticed some damage. I called and spoke with Zach, he made arrangements to have the trailer fixed. I dropped it off on a Friday and Don and his team had the trailer repaired by the following Wednesday. I was very pleased with the turnaround time and their willingness to work with me on the cost of the repair. Thanks again for getting us back out camping.

We have a RV and we needed an estimate done on it, and due to poor choices the company that it was at did damagesd to it and was to be fix by them. But then we where told sorry we have closed are doors.so I made one call and was told to call Edwards . I have never ever had such a nice person talk to me on the phone like they did.I was not put on hold for an hr . They did say that they are really busy but I was on hold for4 min is all . I was put through to the service department and a really nice gentleman named Don helped me out . Now my RV is on its way to see Don tonight . After 2 other places said they had no time till Dec-Jan and I thankful for Edwards help

Amazing customer service. I am from Calgary and work full-time, so the only day I could come in was a Saturday. I was originally given the number for Dale, and he gathered the paperwork for me to come see it. It turned out he was not on shift that Saturday, but he gave me a heads up and told me the name of the salesman who would be helping in his absence. Terry had the vehicle ready to go when we got there and was very professional and obviously very focused on customer service. He told us many times he wanted to make sure we had a good experience. He introduced us to Sue in finance, and she continued the same amazing customer service through the financing process. I was able to test drive, finance, and drive it off the lot same day, which is great because I live far away. Would recommend this dealership to anyone - outstanding experience.
