It had been a long time since I had seen a dentist. I must say that Dr. Rinaldi and his whole staff made me feel at ease. Every thing was explained before performed. Absolutely the best experience I have had with a dental office. They really work to schedule you at your best time. Can't say enough.
Dr. Rinaldi and his staff at Andover Smiles are the best. If you are between dentists or are unhappy with where you are, this is the place for you. First time I walked in I knew I was in the right place.
Small and personable, does great work. Sort of a throwback where everyone in the office greets you by name and with a smile. I've never come close to a bad experience here...always top notch! PS I promise I will start flossing more.
Unlike any dentist office I have ever been to. Dr Rinaldi and his staff are friendly, efficient, caring, and professional. I NEVER wait when I have an appointment! I had friendly conversations with everyone and can definitely see that they care more about their patients than other practices. I always know how much my payment will be for fillings and crowns because Lori submits a pre-estimate to my insurance company BEFORE the work is done. I recommend Andover Smiles to everyone I know.

I don't know whether their business is so bad that they had to start spamming people via text messages. I never gave them my phone # and not happy about long SMS redirecting people to their website. Shame.
