Burt Brown is amazing attorney!!! I did not have much hope for help after I was injured at work.I had xrays and an MRI. I received conflicting reports from the doctors. Some were sympathetic to my pain, other down played it. Burt Brown took the time to deal with the opposing attorney and the insurance company. He had to send them multiple calls, letters and faxes. He took the time to explain what was happening even if he was just waiting for a response. It took some time but because of he dilagence an acceptable agreement was finally reached. It was more than I even imagined. Burt Brown never gave up on my case or me. I would recommend him and this law firm to everyone. Burt has been with Ed Bernstein for 25 years. When I received my check he told me about how I could reopen my case if my injury causes me problems in the future. Burt Brown is an amazing attorney.
Pretty responsive. Knowledgeable- one of the other motorists was from Canada - they knew that even though they have national health care system - they still generate a bill for medical. Minor accident - just some chiropractic- takes a while to get settlement - normal.
I initially had my doubts and concerns with obtaining legal representation, due to a horrible experience with a different law office, but throughout this process the staff over at Bernstein & Associates put my concerns at ease as they handled everything is a very professional and personal manner to make sure I was consistently kept in the loop and satisfied with where things were going in my case.

times I have been the claimant. In previous years I felt like I was a priority. I did not feel like I was being handled.
This year I worked with an attorney who was just very busy and preoccupied but he tried to provide customer service. However, his legal assistance or counterpart is short, abrasive, ignores calls & messages. When you do finally speak with her she can speak to you as if you should already know the answer to your questions. She made me feel like "what do you want?
The switchboard operator would hang up on me; and answerve the phone"what is your problem?" When I called back (I believe they have called id); she would pick up and hang right back up on me! Or answer with no greeting & immediately put me on hold. When I said I wanted to leave a message for Mr. Bernstein or her supervisor she would ssy thete was no way to reach them & abruptly hang up.
When I finally mentioned the horrible instances of customer service from the switchboard via email to my attorney & his cohort. They kinda chuckled and said they knew and to just call their direct numbers so I didn't have to deal with her.
I considered leaving the office and handling my case on my own because I was so disheartened by the callous disconcern & I knew Attorney Ed Bernstein wouldn't approve!
One day, I got a call from Cecile. She was a breath of fresh air. She listened to my concerns. She was frank and honest with me. She made me feel valued as a customer. Her tone, everything made me feel she was on my side! Then I met David and he was just outgoing and approachable.
If they were not there I honestly don't know where I'd be in my case. The new congressional laws left me with permanent injuries and pennies to compensate....but thanks for treating me like a human being!

Had a horrible experience with this law firm. I was being represented by one of their lawyers for my personal injury case. Months went by of having to do physical therapy treatment, during which time I received minimal contact in regards to updates. I was later advised that a different lawyer was assigned to my case and was assured there would be no issues. My case was dropped by that lawyer just a month shy of the statute of limitations to file a case. It turned out they never even moved forward. Finding another lawyer to pick up my case was disastrous and I was left with unpaid medical bills. Not to mention having to pay for future treatments for my injury out of pocket as well. I definitely recommend against this firm!
Lady on Charleston pulled out of a shopping center for no reason and clipped two cars and then slammed into my truck. T-bone my truck. Neck and back in pain. Ed Bernstein has been handling the case. Only thing is I wish they woukd expedite my case a tad bit faster. Been in a 4 week limbo. Ill keep you updated on any progress.

From office unless we called my wife was on her scooter when she got hit it took there young lawers 6 months to get 7000. I saw all the great reviews, so I thought hey , this would be a great place to go to and get help about my accident. NOT . I called in the morning because I received a txt telling me give them a call. I call and the receptionist was very rude and nasty with me. I ve never had to get a lawyer b4 , so this was my first time. I m explaining and she was just completely rude as if I m wasting her time. Very unprofessional!!
As uncomfortable as the accident was, the team at Ed Bernstein and Associates made the process of dealing with it so much easier.
They handled everything smoothly from start to finish, came to me to get the papers signed, handled all the medical bills, and kept me updated as things progressed.

I absolutely loved my experience with them. I started out with a different lawrys office and after a month I switched to Bertsteins and right away they got started on a check for my truck that was totaled. They did more for me and my mother in a week then my first lawrys office did in a month. They also kept in contacted with us frequently instead of us having to call them to find out the status of everthing. I'm satisfied with the amount of money I received and I highly recommend going to them.

They were always in contact with me everytime I called. I always got a return call that same day, which is big for me. I was openly lied to by the attorneys at this firm. Something didn't sound right so I called the court to find the actual reason why my case wasn't moving forward, turns out my attorney, Rebecca told the court it was MY FAULT and that she had not received any documents from me...whoops wrong Rebecca! Rebecca not only received the documents, she sent me back the text thanking me for sending them so quickly. When I questioned her about this, she REMOVED ME FROM HER REPRESENTATION......because she was caught lying to her client(Me) AND to the court. This law firm is unethical and unprofessional at the highest level. They do NOT care about you, your case or anything other than what they can collect FROM your case. Take your time and find a better attorney who will fight for you in court and not tell " Vegas" tales.
