I received nothing but the best service and advice from Bart here at Ed Bernstein & Associates. Every single phone call I made was returned in a timely fashion, which I really valued. Also, everyone I spoke to was always professional, high-spirited, and pleasant. Lastly, I would like to mention that I got a lot more than I expected in my worker's compensation settlement. From the day I first walked in, they were always straightforward and didn't try to sell me a dream of some huge settlement. I genuinely believe that they care about their clients, and earn and deserve every penny that they make.

I don't want to give even 1 star. My son is their client and has not seen his attorney David in 11 month. He tried to set up appointment, but every time he gets the same answer, ( we can talk on the phone, you don't need to come in ). For the last 11 month my son has had no sitting conversation with the attorney . He would not let me sit with my son if there is a meeting, so my son tired of his action, fired him. Im in the process looking for another Attorney's. For David, you won't have a good future, You need to learn how to give service. YOU SUCK.

This past year I was rear ended while at a stop light. At first my initial thought was that the car held up compared to the other drivers car and I drove off. By the time I got home I started feeling the effects from the impact. By next morning I felt the intensity of the impact coming on and wasn't sure what to do. I thought it was to late, asking myself should I have gone to the hospital right away? After contemplating what to do, I found my best interest was to call a lawyer and what better lawyer to to call than Ed Berstein and associates. We all here about the negative side of the system how everyone is out for the money, but not these guys. I had heard of them from various sources from marketing to actual clients and everything I heard and seen stood up to their name. They listened to what I had to say, explained to me my rights, my options, and help me understand what I should do. They explained clearly what I was up against and ultimately let me to trusting them. They even came to my house, as I wasn't feeling to well to drive. They guided me through the process and kept me informed up to date throughout the entire process. Not once did I question them. They walk the walk for you and asked for nothing up front from me just my honesty. And for that I thank them. They made sure I received a more than fair deal and am grateful I chose them. Had a difficult case to win, not because of the facts of the case but because of the at fault driver and his insurance company. It took them 2 years to get the case won... not settled and to get payment. They never gave up and were kind, empathetic, professional and courteous. They returned phone calls and mailed updates on the case anytime something new happened. God forbid I ever need an attorney again I'll go to them.

I would not suggest having this firm represent you for social security issues. My beef is with David Moore not Edward Bernstein.

A friend of mine had a hearing and was denied. I read through both the medical evidence, brief their counsel wrote, and audio recording of the hearing. I am helping them appeal with the appeals council since this firm seemingly decided to give up on their client.

During the hearing the attorney didn't even ask the claimant relevant questions. I got a " I don't care vibe" from the line of questioning. Zero cross examination.

I am sure Ed Bernstein is great with auto accidents and his other target fields of law but I would avoid this office for social security claims.

Attorney's weren't communicative at All. Then they tried to get me to go to a doctor that wanted 800$ out of pocket for a office visit almost 5 months after my initial injury. And when I couldn't afford their 800$ doctor they resigned as my attorneys. And now i'm stuck with medical bills. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

It was great but there was one co worker that her name was gabby she just was not 100% I call and leave messages and no answer back or she forgets but Bart he was wonderful awesome

Edward M Bernstein & Associates were extremely helpful. The most difficult part was the first 2 days after my accident/incident, just dealing with the associated injuries sustained: broken right arm, dislocated left shoulder, cracked left shoulder blade and numerous abrasions on legs. I was treated like a VIP by everyone that I met at the legal office: especially Mr. Chris Miller. I always felt that this was the best legal team that I could have. All office personnel were extremely professional.

If you re fight promenade comp DO NOT GO THROUGHT THEM!! They re the worst lawyers I ve ever seen!! They wanted nothing to do with me in the beginning and middle!! My deposition sitting in front of my lawyer David Moore and the attorney for homeowners was such a waste of time the lawyer David Moore was playing with his phone swing it around, and nothing to say the whole time I was talking to their home owners lawyer! Then the threats came through if I didn t sign for the vocational buy out, meaning workmen comp pays for me to find a different job opportunity, then the homeowners would be put on the back burner! They re the worst attorneys to have in Las Vegas!! They take over half and here I am suffering from the pain and not able to find a job!! Take your LAWSUIT some place else where!! They may win but will take more of the %! They re greedy and don t truly help you!
