THE ONLY REASON I AM GIVING 4 STARS IS BECAUSE OF CECILE, THE NOTARY, DAVID & THE NEW RECEPTIONIST!!!!

I am a repeat client from 7 years ago, both
times I have been the claimant. In previous years I felt like I was a priority. I did not feel like I was being handled.
This year I worked with an attorney who was just very busy and preoccupied but he tried to provide customer service. However, his legal assistance or counterpart is short, abrasive, ignores calls & messages. When you do finally speak with her she can speak to you as if you should already know the answer to your questions. She made me feel like "what do you want?

The switchboard operator would hang up on me; and answerve the phone"what is your problem?" When I called back (I believe they have called id); she would pick up and hang right back up on me! Or answer with no greeting & immediately put me on hold. When I said I wanted to leave a message for Mr. Bernstein or her supervisor she would ssy thete was no way to reach them & abruptly hang up.

When I finally mentioned the horrible instances of customer service from the switchboard via email to my attorney & his cohort. They kinda chuckled and said they knew and to just call their direct numbers so I didn't have to deal with her.

I considered leaving the office and handling my case on my own because I was so disheartened by the callous disconcern & I knew Attorney Ed Bernstein wouldn't approve!

One day, I got a call from Cecile. She was a breath of fresh air. She listened to my concerns. She was frank and honest with me. She made me feel valued as a customer. Her tone, everything made me feel she was on my side! Then I met David and he was just outgoing and approachable.

If they were not there I honestly don't know where I'd be in my case. The new congressional laws left me with permanent injuries and pennies to compensate....but thanks for treating me like a human being!
