My wife and I were spending a few days in the Seat...

My wife and I were spending a few days in the Seattle area. We booked two nights at this motel, with a potential third night if the accommodations were satisfactory. We arrived rather late the first night and were booked into a room on the second floor (even though we had specifically requested one on the first floor). The room was fine. Except I noticed an ant or two in the bathroom. But it was late and we were tired and it didn't seem that big a deal.
We awoke the next morning to find the entire bathroom swarming with ants. And they had made it out of the bathroom and into our toiletries. Management's response was to move us to another room. (They didn't offer a discount on the second night, which would have been welcome given an insect infestation that resulted in the loss of our toiletries, but we were simply happy to have another room that was clean and insect-free.)
The next morning we woke up close to 11 am (which was check out time), I went to the office and asked for a late check out and explained that we were the couple who'd had the problem with ants. The woman at the counter told me we could absolutely check out late and take our time. At 12 pm exactly there was a staff member pounding on our door to clean the room. I told her it'd be a few minutes as were finishing packing. 2 minutes later, the desk clerk (the same one I'd spoken to) called the room and told us we were now being charged for a third night because we had failed to check out by noon. She never mentioned that we had to be out by noon. So I said that if she were charging a third night we'd simply stay put (as I said, we had another day in Seattle so we might as well not uproot ourselves) and was told that "No. We had to leave because the entire hotel is booked."
So they charged us for occupying a third day but then didn't actually have room to accommodate us. Infuriating. And this after we had to switch rooms and throw away our toiletries because of ants infesting their hotel.

I have never been so impressed with a Travelodge. Perfect little room, comfortable bed, clean. Perfect fast wifi and an immaculate bathroom. Whoever is managing this location should be the example for all. Thanks for a perfect nights sleep.

I broke my foot in the time of my stay there ( the injury did not happen at the motel) I asked for a shower chair immediately they said they did not have one. I needed to take a shower so after two days I used there chair. Two weeks later I came into the office to get a key card and the owner blew up on me about the chair. I told him I had asked for one and I had also requested an ada room as well. He told me that if I had anes his employees about anything they would have immediately told him then proceeded to say I should find some place else, I said if your employees cannot do the job given you should fire them. I let him know that because his employees did not provide me with the right room or a shower chair I had to make it safer for me. Not that is was safe.

Mr. Kim is a very nice owner, and had a small issue come up in the room which he took care of in an expedient manner. Very courteous, and respectful staff. Would definitely stay here again in my travels. Rooms were clean, and well maintained.

The location of this hotel is good, apparently for the drug dealers and the hookers as well. I stood outside a number of times to get fresh air, which looked over towards the Subway, watching guests of this hotel make contacts with people, go sit in the persons car for a few minutes and then both walk over to the hotel and go in their rooms. Location, location, location.

I just checked out of this hotel. When I first checked into this hotel, I was required to pay $100 cash deposit, since I was paying with cash. OK fine no problem, But the last couple of nights I stayed there, I paid with a debit card in full with reservations I made at the Wyndham hotel directly, using my points and a discounted rate that I get as a Wyndham Hotel Platinum member. Each of the two nights that I paid for with my card they charged an me extra fees, on top of the $100 cash deposit I had already given them. I was not advised they charge that, I did not sign anything authorizing them anything additional on top of the room plus tax and 3,000 points. So on top of my $100 cash I have 4 authorizations on my card and no money on my card because my bank charged me overdraft fees for these unexpected fees. Their answer was "well the computer does that we don't do it and there's nothing we can do about it."So they're sitting with $100 cash plus extra authorizations and could care less. When I was voicing my concerns, the lady at the desk Esmerit, just stared away, not looking at me, didn't want to hear my complaint. I am a platinum member that has never had this happen before.

Their washer and dryer doesn't work, as they promise they have. Their soda machine doesn't work. And they have a half dozen people that live there, all tatted up, rude arrogant dudes with piercings and tats all over the place wandering around at midnight in the parking lot, hookers galore, which I think the tatted skinheads are their pimps.

Shady place. They claimed oh we didnt charge enough for the room the first night so we had to charge the extra $16,and the asian guy asks "Doesn't that make sense?" I said doesn't it make sense to charge the correct amount the first time so a person knows that they're paid up? Instead of getting a surprise at check out with less money in your account? Those reservations were made directly with Wyndham Hotels how could you not have charged the correct amount the first time. Something doesn't jive. I have all of my receipts showing paid and zero balances.

This place is okay. The rooms were pretty big with a microwave and fridge but the carpet was disgusting. My daughter took her shoes off and walked around for a bit and her feet were filthy.

The beds seemed comfortable and clean. The room had a bit of a smell to it. It was clear that people had smoked in there before despite it being a non smoking room.

The breakfast was pretty decent but they use styrofoam plates, bowls and cups. I feel like I m 2018, everyone should be a bit more environmentally friendly!!

Definitely overpriced for the quality.

Clean amd comfortable but staff is not friendly. Quoted me different amounts for my room and then haggled about it. Also, woke me up the morning after my first night to go to desk again instead of totalling my account and adding to my card when I checked out. Weird and inconveniencing.

Though I was a quoted a price on the phone that was honored on arrival, another guest in line ahead of me was offered a different price than quoted and when they complained the staff called the police. Fortunately, I got their room but was afraid to complain about any of its flaws (I still am; don't arrest me)

Broken TV, hair in restroom, charged for service animal(which is illegal?). Plus they charged me twice. Sheets were dirty. But the front desk was nice and gave us new room which also has dirty sheets.... Very nice people though.

This is a good hotel for affordability and easy access to the surrounding area. However they were not up front around having to make a $100 smoking deposit when I was making the reservation. The walls were very thin so we heard what sounded like street racing on the neighboring street. Overall, I would choose this hotel if I needed a quick place to stay in Everett but not if I wanted a peaceful night s rest.

Stayed once. First room reeked and the person was kind enough to let me change rooms. It was terribly dated and there was a piece of orange puffed cheese type of junk food on an article of furniture that housekeeping missed. They re not big on details. I m not feeling well and booked this room on a third party site. I own that mistake.
This place requires $100 incidentals and is inflexible; I am sick and feeling terribly. This place would rather lose money and it did with my cancellation.
Now those funds I used to book this room are unavailable.
Something happened to them that unfairly caused them to require the deposit I guess? To unfairly prejudge every new booking. Nevermind the creepy people who still manage to stay here.

Basic room, but it did have a fridge and microwave. Fine for a quick overnight stay. Room was clean, but linens outdated with a few stains. Basic continental breakfast with coffee, cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, waffles, apples and bananas and juice.

they took my 100 dollar deposit for "masking a smell" when neither one of us smoke anything when in reality all she did was spray herself with body spray right before leaving the room. No masking smells policy?? whoever heard of such a thing??

Rooms are nice, plenty of channels, but only stay here if you like being ripped off. Somehow was charged $900 something for a week when some lady said it'd be $400 something. Owner also likes to talk down to you. Awful management and the outside is dirty. Save yourself the hassle and don't go here.

The room was clean, and the shower pressure was great! Neighborhood was a little sketchy, but much better than down south on Highway 99. Easy access to I-5 and other businesses located around the hotel.

Reserved two rooms at this motel on the night of July 21st and July 22nd. Since the Google reviews seemed good and the motel was charging $186 per night, we were expecting a nice clean motel which is exactly the opposite of what we got... I was traveling with an immunosuppressed individual who did not feel safe staying in this hotel a second night due to uncleanliness. I talked to the front desk clerk and they were unable to work with me or cancel the reservation for the second night due to not giving them a 24-hour notice. This motel had visible stains on the carpet, stained sheets, and ripped towels. If there are other options in the area, I would advise other travelers to avoid this place if at all possible. I honestly do not complain much but this place is not worth the price that you pay.

In all honesty this Travelodge was amazing, I mean it's basic but the staff are excellent, the place feels safe and cozy and I felt pretty at home here. It's does have a musky but it's not bad, I'm glad I booked a place here.

It was a great hotel. It was comfortable and you couldn't hear noises from the surroundings, which helped you have a good nights rest. The beds were comfortable. There was a nice bathroom as well. My only issue was that it was a bit small, but other than that it was a great hotel.
