Prices are sometimes a bit high. In contrast, the products are generally of fairly good quality.

Order toys online that are delivered to the wrong address. After discussions with the managers it is impossible to have it delivered again to the right address. Even if the person who received the package in error called B&B, they do not want to accept the return and send it to the correct address afterwards. Very poor service and does not make you want to work the local business!

There is the special needs equipment that is needed. Otherwise you can buy a lot of games, toys and other supplies. Prices are sometimes high.
It happens that an item presented on the site is no longer in stock. So we move for nothing. The site should put its inventory online. It would be a plus.
Online orders are well packaged and shipped fast.

Very very disappointing !!!
My mother went to the store to buy toobaloos for my two daughters, told her that there aren't any and that it would take two weeks to get them, but also that they don't cost more than $ 30. was not feasible ..
I keep looking on their website, and I decide to call their warehouse for information .. I am told that there must be 3 or 4 in store but that if they do not find any they will only have to contact the warehouse back to bring them!
To confirm everything and be sure I called the store at 4:30 pm to tell them that I am coming for some.
The manager tells me that it will not be possible to look for them in the warehouse behind because of the covid rules, that it would be an exception because it is under $ 30 and that it would take 5 working days !!! !!
no but seriously !!!!
if the warehouse was in the US I would understand the delay but 5 days for a warehouse under the store !!!!

There is everything you need for a daycare or for your children as far as crafts are concerned. But it's expensive . Go through dolarama first.

Very disappointed. I bought 4 chairs for kids ($ 200). Two were in stock on site, 2 were elsewhere (warehouse?) But I was told they were not to order, so I would have them quickly. These two chairs ($ 60 each) were delivered to me about 10 days later (!). Cardboard in very good condition, but one of the two chairs has a twisted foot (metal feet, impossible to twist to the strength of the arms) and the damaged file ... I advise customer service. 48h to answer me that the shop will contact me. Almost a week later, still no news from the shop ... While I may not be a private daycare that orders 40 chairs, but I find this service really bad.

There are so many materials and games that you often don't find elsewhere. For some items they are out of stock, which is normal in the current context but the employees do everything to help us and are very welcoming.

I come here sometimes to find some hard to find school/arts suppplies. Usually big sale in September.

The staff was rude and and did not bother to apply the teachers discount on purchases even though I showed my designation card.
Staff lied that the price included the teachers discount...even though the sign on door states open to the public. Poor customer service...they were putting on their coats to leave as we were paying the invoice for our purchases.

Very disappointed with the refund methods !! We returned items 16 days ago. They accepted our items but we were told that the refund would follow in the following days. 16 days later still no refund. We went in person and they say the weather is longer because of the Covid!
For more than two weeks we have been waiting for the refund on our credit card! During this time we pay interest on purchases that we no longer have!

It was the last time I went there for shopping!
The store is fine and there are several articles but when you ask for information on the articles, the employees say they don't know ....

Two weeks later ... still no refund!
My partner shows up at the store again but this time asks for an immediate refund.
After talking to two employees .... we finally got our refund the same day!

Brault and Bouthillier responded to my comments on Google asking me to contact them. At first I didn't want to waste my time ... But I decided to respond in case it might make a difference for a future situation ...
It s been a week since I replied to their messages and I ve never heard back from them.

The shop is on the second floor. There is a large parking. The merchandise is very available.

This store for games, toys and other educational products is very well laid out and large.
The effort of presentation and customer experience is high.

Many sellers are present to answer customer questions.

The problem, not least, is that the prices are excessive for most products ...
Example: a small wooden table for children, or rather plywood, and made in Thailand at $ 80 + taxes ...

Extremely disappointed. NO service. I asked for help. 5 mins later I ask my question again, he forgot. He left to inquire to say that he could not find the product.
