Very disappointed with the refund methods !! We returned items 16 days ago. They accepted our items but we were told that the refund would follow in the following days. 16 days later still no refund. We went in person and they say the weather is longer because of the Covid!
For more than two weeks we have been waiting for the refund on our credit card! During this time we pay interest on purchases that we no longer have!

It was the last time I went there for shopping!
The store is fine and there are several articles but when you ask for information on the articles, the employees say they don't know ....

Two weeks later ... still no refund!
My partner shows up at the store again but this time asks for an immediate refund.
After talking to two employees .... we finally got our refund the same day!

Brault and Bouthillier responded to my comments on Google asking me to contact them. At first I didn't want to waste my time ... But I decided to respond in case it might make a difference for a future situation ...
It s been a week since I replied to their messages and I ve never heard back from them.
