Very very disappointing !!!

Very very disappointing !!!
My mother went to the store to buy toobaloos for my two daughters, told her that there aren't any and that it would take two weeks to get them, but also that they don't cost more than $ 30. was not feasible ..
I keep looking on their website, and I decide to call their warehouse for information .. I am told that there must be 3 or 4 in store but that if they do not find any they will only have to contact the warehouse back to bring them!
To confirm everything and be sure I called the store at 4:30 pm to tell them that I am coming for some.
The manager tells me that it will not be possible to look for them in the warehouse behind because of the covid rules, that it would be an exception because it is under $ 30 and that it would take 5 working days !!! !!
no but seriously !!!!
if the warehouse was in the US I would understand the delay but 5 days for a warehouse under the store !!!!
REALLY shocked by their logic and way of working
