Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick repair service. Seniors club although it's not functioning right now because of covid. Nice views in many of the suites facing main Street as well as the inner court yard.

1335 Henderson hwy needs to be updated, I feel sorry for the tenants horrible ventilation, air conditioning, broken baseboard heaters that are a fire hazard. Dusty AC units above ceiling never get cleaned proper. Ac leaks on ceiling tile. Horrible air quality. Bathroom exhaust system is non existent. Elevators are out of date and need repair/ replacement. The list goes on. Get your act together soon, people are not going to want to rent like this. Most are elderly and are too sick to really say anything about it.
After heavy investigating out of various properties associated with apartments in Winnipeg. I jumped at the opportunity with Edison properties at the Oakland Gardens.
I have never lived in an apartment my entire life, Watta and Gabriel deserve tremendous credit and kudos for their hard work! Please pass the words because they are extremely accommodating and always addressing questions ! Rooms are maintained very well and very clean
Do not give these crooks your money. They will increase your rent 8-12% every year without doing any work to your suite and then find the most ridiculous reasons to not return your deposit (the 10 year old carpet had slight damage).

I found 135 Niakwa Rd. to be a pleasant place to live. The manager, caretaker and other employees take exellent care of it. Its very clean and I like how bright the hallways and laundry room are. I always felt safe. Whenever there was anything needing fixing in my apartment it was cared for right away. As I did not have a car, I really liked being close to grocery stores, bus routes, the Y, the library. I love the rec room, the library, the seniors club the roof top garden. It was a good place to spend 8 years and there are a lot of people I will miss. Oh and being by the river I like the mini forest and wildlife and the path going past and to the trail aling Fermor.
I was a tenant at 415 Edison which is L&B Towers for 24 years and it was wonderful, very spacious suites, nice pool and nice people.
I called and spoke with Helen. She was so very professional and helpful. If this is any indication of what Edison Properties are like....I look forward to moving in.
Recently moved to 41 Clayton Drive. Resident managers are so helpful. Deb & Janice. Our house keeper Patricia is beyond amazing . We ran into alot of dilemmas while moving in. Fridge not working properly. Walls needed to be painted. Key fobs not working. & everything gets done. Def how a residential apartments should be run.
