I have just received this is my email, they didn t tell me they replaced my carpet and now they are threatening to sue me for 800 during a pandemic.
Oh and mind you, I never missed a rent payment once.

They really know what they re doing at Edgewood. My wife and I were looking for our dream home for over a year. We went through almost a dozen of different realtors and it just felt like we were never going to find the type of property we were looking for. Thankfully a friend of ours recommended we go through Edgewood Properties and I honestly don t know if we d be in the home we have today if we hadn t. It s exactly what we were looking for and we couldn t be happier. If anyone from Edgewood is reading this thank you so much for all your help! We love our home and we re going to recommend you to everyone we know!
Very satisfied overall. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and surprisingly intelligent. No complaints. Not sure what else to write here. They asked if I could write an honest review based on my experience with them and I figured I would when I had a minute. I guess if anyone needs any more information just call them up. You ll see for yourself pretty quickly that they know what they re talking about.
There drivers can't keep there trucks in there lane almost hit me and my family because driver was texting after this I will be putting my dash cam on YouTube and contacting state POOR DRIVERS
Worst management I have ever seen. Unfortunately we bought a house with them and regret it now. Please save your hard earned money and buy it somewhere else.
Wouldn t recommend and I thank my lucky stars that I didn t get a job with this toxic bunch.
Living at their properties is also a bad experience.
I ve worked at Edgewood Properties for the last 3 years and I can t imagine working anywhere else. I love it here. I love my colleagues, my clients, and especially my paycheck.
