I pray they keep the present ownership and the marina stays just as it is now. I know there have been several turnovers. But they treat me a small 15 ft Boston Whaler owner like a king. They always remember who I am by name and have done wonderful job of winterizing and repair. It's like I'm a big yacht owner. You don't get that kind of service everywhere.
