The place to be... for a holistic treatment befitting royalty

This place is soo beautiful and the food is delicious.

The ambience was relaxing and the staff very friendly.

Customer service was great and breakfast was nice. It has a bit of a view if you like the city lights and location made noise a minimal inconvenience.

Limited parking but lovely place to have an event at a central location that is not a hotel. You can choose by the pool, or upstairs in the open. The staff is very accommodating.

The staff menbers at Eden Gardens are very pleasant and helpful. The security team is also quite professional. The Tulips restaurant offers a nice array of meals- both healthy and delicious.
The Spa is great as well. The gym facility requires a significant upgrade. The machines where functioning aren't at the optimum. The carpet needs to be cleaned among other things.
Generally though, my experiences at Eden Gardens has been good.

Eden gardens is run down! It was rated as a 4 star hotel, no way! Rooms were dirty, wall paper peeling. This is a budget hotel, don t be fooled

Brought my girlfriend to the spa for the works. According to her the service was very good and professional. Also got some food there. Pretty decent and moderately priced.

Great for conferences and presentations. Also good for gettogethers and events like weddings.

They have a nice juice bar when entering the facilities, a welcome entrance.

Kushites restaurant was great. Service and food was excellent.

Compound and layout is good,staff is personable. Great flexibility when it comes to packages offered. Had a really good time.

Be very careful!! A room was booked and paid for, yet when one arrived at the hotel it wasnt what was advertised. Similarly, one was charged twice for the room although the payment was done before one arrived. To make matters worse underwear and another article of clothing was found under the bed as one checked in. To top it all off a waitress tried to swindle or was unaware of how to do basic mathematics in calculating tips. It is not an all inclusive and you will pay for everything in the mini-bar and in the room that you can eat or drink. Nonetheless it is a nice place to see individuals being tied in holy matrimony.

Great atmosphere, interesting food, relaxing experience.

Went there for a quick get away on valentine's day.From check out to check out was great.Customer service on point.It was clean and quiet and just gave you a relaxing vybe. The breakfast in the morning was really good whether you choose to have the complementary breakfast or pay for the jamaicanbreakfast. I would most definetly stay here again.

Rooms are comfortable, hostest are very polite, rooms are just overpriced for the size, and the food needs to have some more variety. Overall, the stay was safe, and peaceful.

Eden garden resort was one of my favorite. enjoyed my stay there very friendly staff especially Daniel at the front desk, and the gym staff thank you guys

A very quiet and tranquil place. Great for travel on a budget. But poor WIFI signal in the room and very meager included breakfast took away one star from my recommendation. The traditional ache and saltfish with fried bammy was very good, but cost extra.

Went to the spa. Quiet and serene, with very polite helpful staff. Felt totally relaxed at the end

Food is good. Lovely place, great artwork very unique and interesting pieces and gives a really naturalistic feeling in the city. Customer service is great too. Had some issues with my meal and they handled it promptly and professionally. Definitely worth visiting.

My sister and I visited the spa and we had the best experience. The masseuses, Arlene and Monique, did a fantastic job. The entire experience was calming. We were celebrating our birthdays and they really made us feel as such. They also served us complimentary champagne as we were getting a pedi. Amazing customer service, ambiance and the cost is very reasonable.

Went there for drinks so the review is essentially for the bar. Good service but limited choice.

Had the best "hot stone" message ever and over the past 2 years I have had at least 30 or more. My therapist Yvonne was absolutely amazing. I got hot stones message to my abdomen and between fingers and toes also my face. Its was spectacular and I even got at least 15 min or more to relax there and absorb it all in afterwards, which I have only seen at this spa. If you like a great hot stone message ask for Yvonne you will be thoroughly amazed.

Place is so soothing home away fr home. Staff is well trained.

This is a nice little retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff wonderful and the service great.

We were told that our rooms would not have any hot water at check in. However this truly wasn t a problem in the end and the rooms were both quite large and practical. I will be staying here again next year!

Both the customer service and zen massage was A1. Had me feeling so relaxed I forgot my phone an jewelry lol

The spa is great. Clean, great ambience and the ladies know their stuff.

Despite the spa being fully booked due to the December festive season, I experienced a great service. The staff were professional and friendly. I'm happy that I enjoyed a super mani with gel nails, pedi and Swedish massage with Sherece (apologies if spelt incorrectly). Thank you also to the receptionist in the spa who was exemplary. She provided cake and sorrel and even offered a cyber massage whilst I wait. I would have stayed for drinks at the outdoor bar but unfortunately no bar staff were available.
