Great ambiance, food was good, but they need a sign for directions on their front gate that is not being used, as It poses a traffic hazzard for potential guests that are unaware it is not in use so they wont have to wait in the middle of the road in busy new kingston.

If you're unfamiliar with the stretch of road it's on, you'll miss it. Even with GPS you have to drive slowly within the vicinity to find its gate because there isn't a sign displayed or one that's visible. Outside of this signage issue, customer service is good and the ambiance is serene.

The overall layout and design of the resort is great, alot of little spaces to hang out, the theme and water features are nice, the room could have been a little nicer kept, there were alot of mosquitos in the resturant and the complimentry continental breakfast was very small and lacking, i was looking fwd to trying out the sauna but i was told it was out of order

BEWARE: Eden Garden have always been home away fro...

BEWARE: Eden Garden have always been home away from home for our recording artists until awhile back when we paid for twelve days in advance. During the 12 days stay the pipe in the bathroom broke. Out artist, A'mari "DJ Mona-Lisa" was offered a room with no space to get into the shower and quite suffocating. She was forced to bath in the river as they claimed she had to wait for the problem to be resolved. All our guest were uncomfortable during this stay and asked to be refunded. We were told that the amount of close to 1500.00 US would be forwarded to our company credit card. They insisted that we the company still had to pay for the days when our artists had to go to the river and bathe. Upon leaving we asked for a receipt; we could not even be found in the system. Upon arriving in the U.S we made several call and send various personnels to the hotel in regards to the 6 days they owed us for at 250.00 nightly plus tax. They told us to return at the end of the month to pick up a check. They claimed that the supervisor and manager were always not available and that the people acquainted with the case were no longer working there. One thing I also found strange is during artist stays there, they would hassle them to go on the streets and get cash to extend our stay. On one occasion burglars destroyed the lock even though they have security guards. We feel as if we were set up. It has been two years now and we have yet to get back the company funds, an apology or reimbursement in any form whatsoever. I seriously DO NOT recommend this place to no one and would like to hear from the OWNER in regards to this matter as the manager and employers seem to be working together and each one gets their share of taking customers for a ride. It's a shame and a disgrace. We would like to receive back the FULL amount for our trip as it was quite DISASTROUS and what happen to ANDRE. He seemed to have been an honest person. As a matter of fact one artist travelled from afar and landed in Jamaica late at night. Although the room was paid for in advance our artist was forced to sleep at someone's house with no water or electricity as they had no rooms available. BEWARE!
