1) Fruit often remains in bad condition for days.
2) Price assignments to fruit / vegetables are often desperate to find.
Even finding the price assignments to the goods in the refrigerated compartments is a matter of patience.
3) Goods that are out of stock are often not replenished for a long time, although there should be an IT system here that detects when something is out of stock. Unfortunately, it doesn't work.
4) Bottle return machines are a disaster for the customer. There is almost no visit to Edeka, where we do not have to call the service at the bottle return and then have to wait. And what's even worse, the Edeka doesn't make it possible for all types of boxes to be accepted by the automata. We have to go to one of the till all the time to be able to drop off our box. This is how we stop both the cashier and the upcoming customers.

I could now list further points, but would be happy if you could work through the above points and remedy the shortcomings. Edeka stores in neighboring towns show that things are going better.

Everything is clear here, food is fresh. The staff are friendly and helpful. The notes on the shelves in Bavarian dialect are funny, very original.
