Edeka Friedberg Review

Nice staff, large assortment, fresh fruit and vegetable department.

I have been a loyal customer for more than a decade, although it has happened over and over that certain foods have expired or been sold out on Saturday mornings. Unfortunately, the CEO is full of arrogance, offends customers as a "walrus" or repeatedly respond to welcome. That made me decide never to enter this store again.

Comfortable and rather family-run. Very nice and nice staff.

I would say that I am not very demanding when it comes to shopping. I would like to find a clean and well-arranged shop as well as a friendly and helpful staff. Believe that is not asking too much. Unfortunately, this shop does not offer a point of it. Since this is just around the corner, I go there only when it is necessary and not for my weekly shopping.
Everyone should see for themselves, but I would recommend the store to anyone.

This review concerns the Edeka market in Dorheim !!!

I changed my rating from 4 to 3 stars. Neither I nor my acquaintances shopping here have ever seen a supermarket in which so many items are out of stock. So far, almost every time I wanted to buy several items, I had to go to another store to get the missing one. This is especially true for items that are on offer, these are often missing in the evening on the first day and are either sold out or still in the warehouse (although it is not a matter of course on demand that they are then taken out of the warehouse). This is very extreme with the offers of the beverage market. Here, after changing staff has done something in a positive direction, but after another change everything falls back into the old rut. I buy now reinforced at more distant providers which have everything in stock as in the nearby Edeka.

Addendum: Unfortunately, I have to say after a long time after my review that nothing has changed in the abuses, neither for better, luckily, but not for the worse.

And today again a star away. Why are always missing the cheap items of the in-house brand, things that are always there in other stores and are reasonably stored.

One more supplement: it could be that in a supermarket on Saturdays in the afternoon there are no more eggs.
The cold store with the packaged sausage is half empty and a large part of the vegetables ("we love food") scoffs at any description, rarely as dried mushrooms seen and the cabbage and salad has been so often deprived of the outer wilted leaves that it only are small balls.
I'll leave the stars like that because you do not have to starve, but you're annoyed by the entrance to the cash register.

Very lovingly decorated, capable staff and pleasant shopping atmosphere. Assortment is not particularly large, but enough for the location. Unfortunately, very often items sold out (salad, single vegetables, sausage, meat), but the most important you get as good as ever.

Well sorted, clean and tidy. 5 stars only gets Edeka in Berstadt.

In the morning at 7:30 am, unfriendly, annoyed, nobody notices that someone waits 5 minutes at the cash register and nobody comes.
In addition, the shop is only tidied up at 7 a.m., it sometimes looks disgusting !!

Well-kept Edeka, top staff, what more could you want ...

I liked this Edeka very much. A lot of choice and at the beginning the fruit and vegetables are a highlight with the salad bar that you don't see anywhere but only at the Edeka price. If you can't find something here, saleswomen are always very exemplary for you. Also very praiseworthy is the speed of the checkouts here is not like in other markets crowds and long waiting here you are greeted and served in a friendly manner. The drinks market is just as exemplary as the normal market

A very unfriendly young lady at the meat counter.
That leaves the customers standing and doesn't even open their mouth and nose protection properly, highly recommended never again. Have fun with such a staff.

More and more shelves are empty, often I find also expired items. I was initially excited about this Edeka, unfortunately this is not so. I can not recommend this Edeka to anyone.

Not that the food companies are making sales of their lives, now protective masks are being sold for utopian prices, didn't have a mask with them and wanted to shop, so I bought one for an unbelievable 7.99, if that's not a rip off. Incredible

One of the nicest supermarkets I know, small but nice.
