What a wonderful place! I was nervous about going there, but they made me feel like I was home. I was there 22 days, when it was time for me to go, I didnt want to leave. Everyone from the front desk, CNAs and the RN were great and compassionate. PT and OT you guys rock! The whole place is beautiful and the private rooms and bathrooms were the best. Food was delicious hot and always on time. Cant say a negative thing about this place. I miss you all.
I have a personal friend who was a resident there for almost 2 months horrible very rude staff cold food horrible you never offered her any activities or to get out of her room until a day or two before she left did not get her medication on time it to where call system doesn t work right because they answer the call and forget about you she had soiled several times she was severely injured and was total care could not get up and it was a horrible experience You have to pay for cable your phone And transportationwhich I think is horrible. Don t send your love one there
Not what it used to be. My wife was there about three years ago, gave it a High rating. Has changed , not for the better, they're under stafed, food is generally cold and receiving help is slow.My wife called twice for help getting to the toilet finally ending up messing in her pants.when we were discharged there was no discharge papers no escort out and no help getting into the car.We found out there was a scheduled doctor appointment and we're never informed. My wife's blood pressure was high and was not given any follow up instructions. It's probably a better facility than most but not the place it once was.
