I have a personal friend who was a resident there for almost 2 months horrible very rude staff cold food horrible you never offered her any activities or to get out of her room until a day or two before she left did not get her medication on time it to where call system doesn t work right because they answer the call and forget about you she had soiled several times she was severely injured and was total care could not get up and it was a horrible experience You have to pay for cable your phone And transportationwhich I think is horrible. Don t send your love one there
