Excellent service. Technician was very thorough and provided advice on how to minimize for the future.

Asked the worker if the spray was pet friendly. The senior staff member did not answer the question. I phoned and talked to the manager, he said it was safe for pets after a few hours after it has dried. But would not answer the question on discipline on the worker doing the job. Great customer service provided through both phone and email contact. Had a problem with birds nesting in house vents and after providing some photos and a detailed explanation, a technician was able to provide a quote and what steps would need to be done to fix the issue. The quote was reasonable compared to other pest control companies and a service scheduled within 48 hours.

The technician arrived on time and did a great job removing the birds, cleaning out the vents, and putting in barriers to prevent reentry. Very happy with the service.

Ecopest has been applying an External Crawling Insect Treatment for us the last few years. Brian Bowcott applied this years treatment who I found very polite, informative, mindful of our landscaping (newly planted shrubs and lighting) and very professional. If I had a choice I would have him apply the spray every year.

Spoke to Kyle from Ecopest. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and able to give me tips to avoid getting bedbugs in the future, though the whole building has them. I really appreciated his professionalism and insights. I would highly recommend him and Ecopest to others.

Had Ecopest deal with an infestation of carpenter ants in our home. After a failed attempt by another company, Evopest was able to rid our home of these nasty pests! They also gave us advice to keep them away. After 11 years, our home is still ant free. And the site that they got in was sealed forever.

I communicated with Ecopest to inquire about how best to treat the rodents we have in our yard. Both the technician who replied to my email inquiry and the customer service representative whom I spoke with over the phone were very polite, knowledgeable, and responded to my questions in a timely manner. I have booked in my initial visit for next week and am confident Ecopest has the expertise to resolve our rodent problem.
