love the location, hotel room was clean. service was superb, the hotel gave complementary gifts for my birthday.

the only feedback: hotel needs to upgrade their pillows, pillows are uncomfortable as they are flat and old.

English-speaking reception desk and in a favorable lay if you like to explore the city. Nice hotel and nice rooms, but unfortunately very little on fulfilling personal wishes and limited in hotel-owned parking spaces. In general recommendable.

Saving grace of this hotel is that the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Apart from that it's a very bad hotel with incompetent and rude staff. After giving me a room where the kitchen only had one minuscule pan full of stains and scratches and rust covered knifes it took them more than a day and multiple prompts to get me some kitchen stuff I could actually use to cook, delivered by a grumpy staff member. At no time anyone of staff seemed to try and make my stay pleasurable or seemed concerned by my feedback. Would never stay here again.

It was a nice hotel. Worth every single penny. The room was spacious and clean..it is smell good as weel..All the staff are friendly and willing to help me with the necessary information..it was closed to the OPCW (just 5 minutes walking distance). Enjoyed my stay over there..

Unfortunately, both the hotel manager and the staff have been extremely unfriendly. There were difficulties with the booking and as a result we were treated extremely condescendingly. I will definitely not come back and would not recommend it to anyone

I recently posted the review and the response from the hotel is that we have been informed that there will be an additional cost.

Unfortunately this is not the case! It is a pity that the hotel is obviously so badly off that money has to be made in this unfair and dishonest way. Now on this platform they continue to lie. I can only advise everyone to watch out

THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBLE, DONT LEAVE ANYTHING IN THE ROOM.

I forgot my keycard in the room so I called the hotel since the reception was closed. They send me over to the entrance of the building which has the safes for keycards. I got the code for the Emergency card which was able to open my door. However what they don't tell you is that YOU CAN OPEN ANY ROOM, this means that ANYONE CAN GET IN YOUR ROOM WHENEVER THEY WANT.

Booked for 3 yet charge extra for the sofa bed which was like lying on a cheap mattress. Worst experience ever in a most uncomfortable hotel. Don't be ripped off-book elsewhere

- additional sofa mattress is horribly bad quality and cost 25 eur.
- room is big but not as clean as we expected, some stains here and there.
- we arrived on sunday and need to park in their facility, only to be lied by a lazy employee that they didn t have slot anymore. the day after when we asked this to receptionist, she said many available slot yesterday and give us a slot directly.

Clean and nice. Happy I could stay here. Good service. Much BETTER than a hotel
