I had put a very negative review (i was using their services and had a very bad experience) which was last updated on 15 April, 2020. But I can't see my review here. Looks like Econz either deleted it or is hiding the review. I am posting it again for the good of the public:
The most unprofessional agency I have come across.
I opted for them as I was looking for the paid version of Gsuite called GSuite for Business. Nobody there is reading our e-mail communications properly and whenever we try to call them, they won't be available most of the time.
I relied on them for GSuite as well as domain name registration (website id) for my freelance business. I had also mailed them regarding my complete billing / mailing address and also called them to remind them to update it properly.
After the first year I properly renewed my domains (3 domains) and GSuite. They provided me proper invoices and acknowledgements. And after one month, I understand that my domains are not working and so my e-mails. I can login to my GSuite account but can't send or receive any mails. I was stuck and lost 2-3 overseas design jobs. When I call them, nobody is there to answer and when I mail them they say it's lost and they can't do anything.
I got the domains back in my name after I personally tried with another service provider and I got the refund from Econz for the domains after 6 MONTHS. They didn't give me any refund for GSuite, even though it was of no use to me. I was planning to go to the consumer court but as I fell ill and was hospitalized, I couldn't run behind it.
My suggestion to all those who is looking for Gsuite for Business with Econz is to avoid them. They are unprofessional and unethical and such bunch of people are not good for a business.

Horrible guys.These guys are biggest frauds . When I used to get multiple calls for renewal and when I renewd my account there is no website in the net. It's 8 months after I renewd but still there is no website in the the net. I have all the proofs for it and I am taking strongest action against these con men!
