I was having a hesitation with my Honda Civic of course not knowing I stopped at a service station and they diagnosed it wrong and I drove straight to the Honda Superstore and told them what happen and even though it was late close to closing they took the time told me what was wrong and fixed it then and there while I waited because I so afraid it was something huge and the employees were so calming because my anxiety kicked in and I went around the world and back but they still were so understanding I had to keep apolojizing for being rude, I love them. 100%

I get phone calls about my vehicle every week asking about warranty extensions. Very poor privacy policy. They will sell your information.

I am a second time new Honda car buyer from Econom...

I am a second time new Honda car buyer from Economy . I always have my maintenance work done at Honda on both vehicles. After driving an hour to my nearest Honda dealer........It took a little over an hour to get an oil change. I was told I needed new tires which I may have purchased but I was afraid that would take two more hours. My car is only 2 yrs old but since it is a few miles over the 36000 mile rule a defective daytime running led is not covered. Next new car will probably be a Subaru! Closer dealership and I hear the service is better.

I bought a Honda civic in 2012 and absolutely love...

I bought a Honda civic in 2012 and absolutely loved it. Then after back problems i couldn't lean over and pull the seat up so i got a Honda Accord in 2015 that has the button that brings the seat back and forth and up and down. Its all leather inside abd i absolutely love it more than the civic. I just love Honda. It drives beautifully and my granddaughter who is 17 wants one.

Best communication of any Honda dealer within 100 ...

Best communication of any Honda dealer within 100 miles of me. They had what I wanted and did business the way I wanted to do it (no excessive pressure to come in the dealership before they would talk to me about prices). I made a deal via email and drove ~90 miles to get the car. No tricks when I got there, I got the exact deal we agreed to. The only negative feedback I can give is there was a little too much pressure to buy accessories and extended warranties. The salesmen were courteous and respectful when I declined the extras.

I bought a 2019 Accord sport here back in june. Yesterday, august 29 I took it in for its first oil change. I waited less than an hour. Which is pretty amazing considering I didnt have an appointment. My car is a 6 speed manual, so I was worried that some young kid that didnt know how to drive a standard would jump in and, ya know. But that wasnt the case, no it wasnt. Good service. Excellent knowing limitations.

Charles Neff the sales person that showed me the different SUV's was amazing. Never felt pressured. He was knowledgable and very helpful in the whole process from selecting a SUV all the way thru the purchasing. He even took me to Enterprise to return my rental car! Great experience!

My wife and I recently purchased a 2018 Honda Pilot from Sal at Economy Honda. It was freezing cold and pouring rain but it ended up being the best car buying experience we have ever had. Sal spotted us looking and immediately came up and put an umbrella over my wife. We knew exactly what we wanted and he did everything in his power to make sure we were able to get it. The thing that really impressed me was after the sale was concluded he insisted on standing out in the rain to show my wife every safety feature the vehicle had. If you are looking to purchase a car go see Sal. You will not be disappointed.

The staff was very friendly and the process of setting up an appointment for service was simple and took very little time. I was pleased with the service that was received (oil change and transmission fluid change), however, the quote I received to replace my front passenger window regulator seemed high ($450: $160 for the part and the rest for labor). I declined the repair and was able to purchase the same part online for $59 with free shipping. I made the repair myself in about 30 minutes and I'm not a mechanic, so I'm not sure why the labor quote was so high ($290 for 30 minutes = $580 per hour labor charge).

I was very happy with the service we received. The experience was similar to previous experiences where they have provided courtesy service and quality work. Washing the car is a nice touch also. I will certainly return in the future without hesitation.

Concerning the problem however I was not please. First of all I understand the resolution was not the local dealers issue but one with the Honda car itself.

When I brought the car in the rep told me the air conditioner would not be covered if it got hit by a rock? How did know that may be the cause of the damage? Well, after looking on line it seems to be a common problem where the condenser is exposed to debris from the highway. So here's an obvious defect in the design that they know about but will not cover it under warranty. That will be the last warranty and possible Honda I buy if that's the best they can offer to something they know is a problem. At least offer something to prevent it from happening again in the future.

I went in the dealership at 3pm, and was done by 6! Juanita showed me 3 or 4 different vehicles.. I knew what I wanted just wasn t sure on which one exactly, she was patient and very very understanding.. she didn t care how many vehicles I wanted to drive she never hesitated and jumped in with me and my son and we drove 3 that I was torn between. I finally chose the Civic SI coupe and honestly I couldn t be happier. The used car manager walked outside & introduced himself and said he wanted to look at my 4runner up close, we went back and forth on the numbers a few times but I m the end he was very honest and I felt very good on the amount he appraised it for. So with that being said I left with the New SI & for once In my life while buying a car (and if you know me I don t keep a car Very long) I wasn t pushed or pressured into anything and that makes me super happy. I will definitely recommend anyone who s in the market or anyone who s ready to buy to stop and see the guys at Economy Honda. They are awesome! Thanks guys for my experience yesterday you get an A+ from me!

Staff were extremely helpful and my salesman, Sal, worked to get me exactly what I wanted/needed (he's hands down the best salesman I've ever encountered). From the first call with Amanda to finally coming in person to the dealership, the entire experience was phenomenal - truly second to none! All of the employees at Economy Honda treated me like a VIP customer by keeping up via email, phone calls, and mail. They spared no expense helping to arrange all the paperwork for 2 different addresses and were just a pleasure to work with from day one.

The dealership itself was very clean and well-furnished. Everyone was exceptionally friendly. And of course, you can't beat those prices! It was the primary reason we chose Economy Honda in the first place!

This is the second car we have bought here. We are extremely satisfied with the staff, the choices, and customer accommodations. Car shopping is known to be difficult and stressful as well as a "game". At Economy it's not. It's straightforward. It's comfortable. It's honest and fair. Even with my four little kids in tow, we had a great experience with them. And our saleman Add was fantastic.

"Traded" our lease in only to find out later they wrote the deal up as a turn in. This caused us to have to pay a penalty for miles. We had leased 4 Hondas previously and had been happy till this dealership totally screwed up our deal. We even spoke to the smart mouth store GM and was told "tough luck". Drive the extra miles to find another place to buy your Honda..

The service department here is amazing. I ve worked with Eddie multiple times, and I wouldn t even think of working with someone else. I had a headlight go out and went to the dealership to buy new bulbs. Without even asking he offered to install the new bulbs for me. The quality of service here is what keeps me going back even though I could probably find a cheaper option.

After working out the details on a deal Brittany stayed and entertained my children while my wife and I finished the paperwork. These men and women work really hard to run a great operation and it shows. I'm a decent mechanic, so I read forums and tech bulletins, then go into the shop knowing what to expect. I have yet to be surprised or pushed into unnecessary repairs. And, they wash my car!!
Ask for Steve, he'll make sure you get what you need.

John was a great salesman. He took time to show us all the ins and outs of van and was knowledgable of the van. We had to get the van we wanted transferred from another dealership and John kept us informed about the status on the van. It was over the holidays and he went above and beyond to make sure time was not delayed in getting our van. We came in knowing what we wanted and he provided the necessary information to seal the deal. Kendric was great to work with as well on the financial part of the deal. He was courteous, friendly and not pushy. He explained the extra services and warranties and did not make us feel pressured to buy but offered in a practical manner. Overall, our experience was great with John and Kendric. I would definitely recommend John to friends and family!

The waiting area is comfortable, has free wi-fi and free popcorn!

Just purchased a vehicle 8/11/17 from Tyler, I asked for the price to be around the fair market price $19 to 22,6, Brad Starnes was very nasty when I said 21,000. Brad said you will not be able to to find this vehicle w/I 500 miles and if he wants to charge this amount he can, so mom and I walked away. Tyler said he can take the permanent treatment off and reduce Kahu price. Took vehicle to Acura for pre-inspection, back tires were dry rotten, wind shield wipers need replacement, air intake filter need replacing, mind you Tyler said that the truck went through the service department. Asked Economy for new back tires and they never did offer to replace all the other needed items. 8/13/18 signed papers with promise of 2 new tires on the rear. 8/16/18 finally able to pick truck up. As single female looking to purchase a vehicle, we should have taken a male, who was experienced, for the negotiating. Being under the Sonic automotive I thought I would have a pleasant car buying experience and was willing to give my local Dealership another opportunity to redeem themselves from previous experience. Economy Honda receives a D-!!!!!

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because it started out ok. I am trying to get out of a lease on a essentially brand new car worth close to 27K on trade. They have the car that I want to finance which is priced well below the value of my Subaru. I know that I will still be upside down, since it is a lease buyout, but I have decent credit and don t want to continue making huge lease payments. Things were going well until all of a sudden during our phone conversation, they decided that they didn t want my business. Things went from can you come in today, then tomorrow then we can get with you by email on Monday. Very strange, and they didn t explain this behavior which made things even worse.

Bought a used car here at the end of April. After reviewing the taxes, fees, etc. I noticed there were some charges for Permaplate and Phantom Footprints and my salesman (Eric) said he could have the charges removed if I didn't want those items. I requested that they be removed and he said he could get that taken care of. Well, then I was called to the Finance office to sign final paperwork and I noticed the charges were still on there. I asked the Finance Manager about it and he told me that my salesman was wrong and that those charges are required when purchasing a vehicle from them. I told him that he needed to let the salesman know that he shouldn't be telling people the charges can be removed. I personally think the Finance Manager was just too busy to revise my paperwork and that's why he gave me that excuse. I signed the papers and a few days later after going back over the paperwork, I noticed it clearly says those charges are OPTIONAL. At this point I contacted a gentleman in customer service who apologized for the miscommunication between sales and finance and that he would make sure I received a refund check from Honda corporate office, but it might take a few weeks (this was the first week of May)...here it is 2 months later and I have never received a refund check. Not to mention, those charges were included in my loan, so I am paying interest on $548 of charges for 72 months. I am not a happy customer. Buyers beware when going to Economy Honda...take your business to a car lot where the people know what they're talking about.

UPDATE: Brice Moll was quick to address this issue and I have received the $548.
Raised my review to 3 stars- I think the dealership needs help in the customer service department. I had a lot of trouble when calling to actually talk to someone, and even though I left messages, no one called me back which was very frustrating. Also, this whole situation could have been avoided if I hadn't been misinformed about the charges in the first place. The finance associate that was working the day I purchased my vehicle either lied to me because he didn't want to have to revise my paperwork and start the signing process over or he just didn't have a clue about whether the charges were optional or not.

I've bought 3 cars from here, sales team does their job and everyone is friendly. Reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is that I've never left the service department happy. Almost always they damage something, forget something, leave grease on my leather seats, etc. Its never right the first time.

Trent my salesman was perfect he helped me compare and decide exactly what I wanted, David in finance stayed over late he never once made me feel rushed, he went over every detail. These guys are awesome at their jobs felt like I was buying from friends rather than pushy sales people. Highly recommended!!

After finding the perfect vehicle at a lower price than other dealerships, we were thrilled with the whole experience. The facility was clean and seemed well organized. We only had a few minutes wait while our salesmen, Chris, pulled up the car we were there to look at. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him and Economy Honda to anyone!

First, I would like to thank Honda for providing me with a rental car for almost 4 months. I have friends and family that have different brands of vehicles and they didn't provide a replacement vehicle.That being said ,this is the first time in 8 years it was a "not so good " visit. Sure you can't please everyone! Having been without my vehicle for so long, I was excited about getting it back. I just want to say I'm very disappointed in the communication that has taken place. Having been told up front it may take a little over a month to get parts in, I was good with that ! In mid July I called and no one could get an update. Still waiting... Ok I'll go with that. First of August , as your watching your tires get low, battery now dead. ... Call again with again No Update. All along , I would randomly receive emails to confirm my appointment on Sun at 12 midnight to come get my car. I called and they told me it was automatically generated every 30 days when I would rewrite on my rental! When I spoke with Steve it was ask to make sure that the recall on my door lock (actuators?) be taken care of at the time the air bag was, it was never put on service report. This past Saturday when I was called and missed the call , I called Steve back after hearing the message If I couldn't return the rental within the next 24 hours call him back we would work something out ! This was 1 pm, I return the called shortly after ... Try 3 times up til closing with messages left and no return call. Monday morning I call first thing to try and make sure the door lock was fixed before I came down, guess what it had been overlooked. Get to Chattanooga about an hour and twenty minutes from home around 4:00 to find my vehicle outside the bay ready to go with door lock fixed , tires sensor on; the back right tire when I asked for them to check had 20 lbs of pressure! Nasty car that had sat almost 4 months couldn't even get a complimentary wash! But your ready to go Mrs. Reece ! After leaving, I didn't even get to Chickamaga dam and the air that I thought was just taking a while to cool off due to the temp outside, was still blowing the hottest air . Called down just to ask if something might have got unplugged or a hose not put on while replacing the air bag part , I was assured by a receptionist that would never happen, I wasn't accusing, just asking because it was vey hot and I was on my way to pick my child up from daycare to have her sit in the heat! Thought it was a reasonable question! I'm no mechanic , and almost positive she isn't either! This being said , it has my me really question do I still want to upgrade to the pilot I have been waiting to trade for???? Do I really want to deal with Honda of Chattanooga?? It just bothers me that I was put on the back burner and have also spoke highly of Honda of Chattanooga!

I was very happy with the service at Honda. The associates are very friendly and keep you up on what's going on with the service on your auto. I went Monday , 11/19 on a holiday week & I knew it would be busy. I needed to go though as my Tire icon was on and wouldn't go away. I was shown how to turn it off manually in the future. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. It took about 2 hours, but I didn't mind as had TV, internet, popcorn and a very nice waiting area. But they gave me a free oil change since I had to wait longer than usual. Thanks Economy Honda, will continue to take my HRV there for service.

We just purchased our 2nd vehicle from Economy Honda. We could not be more satisfied with the service we received. We live in Knoxville but it is well worth our drive to Chattanooga to purchase our new Hondas. You can not beat the customer service and price. Both of our experiences have been great!! We took care of most everything over the phone and internet and was in and out of the dealership within an hour.

Everything went extremely well. Had a dead cell in battery, and the service tech come the customer lounge and let me know what was going on, before they ever replaced the battery, have me the total, including taxes. He was a super nice young man. Would recommend Economy Honda to everyone I know.
