I was very happy with the service we received. The experience was similar to previous experiences where they have provided courtesy service and quality work. Washing the car is a nice touch also. I will certainly return in the future without hesitation.

Concerning the problem however I was not please. First of all I understand the resolution was not the local dealers issue but one with the Honda car itself.

When I brought the car in the rep told me the air conditioner would not be covered if it got hit by a rock? How did know that may be the cause of the damage? Well, after looking on line it seems to be a common problem where the condenser is exposed to debris from the highway. So here's an obvious defect in the design that they know about but will not cover it under warranty. That will be the last warranty and possible Honda I buy if that's the best they can offer to something they know is a problem. At least offer something to prevent it from happening again in the future.
