Very slow working company. Everything here takes forever to make happen.

got hung up 3 times and kept getting left on hold and transferred. Requested a quote 3 days ago and no response. I refer customers to them all the time and not anymore.

operations hours 8am-6pm It is 9am and all I get is a recording for after hours

Our company hired drivers not up to speed Econocaribe literally catered to our special needs repetadly without complaining simply awesome !

Rip off. I prepaid shipping from Miami Florida to Madrid Spain, door to door. Then I was charged before clearing customs on arrival almost the same amount of the shippping for "expenses" like Euros 75 for "forms" and many other non sense items such as "Euros 48 handling" and " Euros 96 for loading" . Never again Won't recommend

Very bad attention, they are very slow, dirty old place

Staff is has poor costumer service
They act like they dont care i seen many drivers get upset with the poor costumer service they provide lines are long not becuase they busy but because the way they organize is ineffective and its easy to see some warehouse staff dont have skill to use forklift properly
I will avoid as much as i can to come here again

Slow to load, rarely answer the phone, damaged freight, non-shrinkwrapped pallets... All are things you'd like to avoid in life yet always seem to find with this location.

This os a non profissional company nest employ don't respect bad costumer service at all

Great place for your international shipping. Decent staff. Below average facility. I had no problem getting everything done in a timely fashion.

They must be more agile in collecting charges. Not so in delivery.
