Terrible service bad food...
Manager was very rude
No wonder they are going out of business

Not the same as previous visits. Smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Requested service with call light but no one showed up. At least the seats were comfortable.

Took a while to get my drinks, they were forgotten at first. Also never got a napkin or cutlery for the food I ordered. Not worth it for the drive or money.

Clean, spacious, food is great! Bar & Service was great. definitely recommend

Visiting Vegas. My bonus son took me to see the Joker. The place is absolutely beautiful. They have a lovely bar area. The actual theatre was intimate with reclining seats. The sound was fabulous you can feel the Dolby sound in your seat. After your seated someone comes over to take your order. I had a Chili Margarita with fries. Was delicious. I now know what our theatre will be when we're in Vegas.

Love this place. The fact that you can dine while you're watching a movie, is good time. Come one or come all its a great place and people are friendly.

The atmosphere was great and my food was only ok. Not bad, I will remember Aladdin more than the food. When I visit again I will order food. I love and enjoyed myself!

Cozy place to watch a movies. They have restaurants with special menu.

Great place for date night at the movies. Chairs were very comfortable lots of room no sharing your arm rest with strangers. Limited seating so try to reserve your time and seat. Bar and lounge are have great decor. Drinks a little pricey but it is upscale..... did not do food this time. They have a few bugs to work out on their rez system got different info from 3 different times I contacted them. Will go back soon

When arriving were got sent to the bar because the theater wasn't ready 15 minutes before showtime. Bar service was slow and unresponsive so we didn't have time to get a drink. Food was not as expected for an inservice type of experience. Movie had a glitch towards the end causing some dissatisfaction in the overall experience. Would not return when there are plenty of other movie theaters that have a better viewing experience.

This place is unique and amazing! It's great for date night, girls night out, it would even be pretty fun by yourself too. You can order full entrees and delicious cocktails without even leaving your seat! What more could you ask for?!

This place was nice but the chairs I find a bit unconfortable and after a while the waitress stops by to take food/drink order and is a bit distracting if you're trying to watch a movie. Overpriced I Think. Maybe is nice for a one time experience :)

Nice theater where you can eat while watching movies. Lots of room.

This was my first time going to this theater and I don't know if I'd go back. I was with a group, total of 4, and most of us had a not so good experience.

First of all, the service time took long. You push a button that lights up by your chair and someone is supposed to come over. I understand if they are busy, but no body even gave a "be with you soon". Took about 20 min into the film for me and one of my friends eventually gave up.

For a dine in, I expect them to have items on the menu. The drinks I wanted they "didn't have" and the only other thing I ordered, a dessert, wasn't available. My friends also ordered different drinks than I did and those weren't available either.

Also, we had to constantly remind the servers that we were all on the same tab, up til the end the movie. Then we received our check and we're ready to pay. Well, it was all wrong, they had to fix it with the correct things we ordered.

Great time great sound system nice staff good experience

Theater was nice inside with very good food...nice bar...comfy seats. Not a good area of town ....a bit pricey. I think Galaxy is a better value and is in much nicer area.

My new favorite place for the movies. I love the service, I joined the rewards program. Even though I have Netflix and Amazon watching movies at the Eclipse is like having my own home Theater complete with a cook, server and and maid!

Don't believe any of the negative reviews given by these people. Experience it for yourself and be the judge yourself. The reviews given are either bitter people that work for a rival company or are just finding a way to make fake and false stories to down talk the place. This movie theatre and the service is impeccable. The wait staff talks quietly enough so you can hear but not loud as to disturb the other patrons around you. The staff tells you how to order and let's you know where the call button is located if you need them. Overpriced? If you don't want to indulge and enjoy yourself don't come to this movie theatre. Instead find another one in Vegas to go to. The food was sensational the service was unforgettable and the staff was extremely friendly. Its better to have the staff paged then to have them monitor the theatre. What if nobody wants anything. It's better to have them paged. Thank you Eclipse as a whole for setting the bar for where movie theatres need to be.

This place doesn't pay their contractors, they hired us to do some work and as soon as the work was done they stopped answering our calls and emails. Totally dishonest!

Was great watching the Seahawks game on a big screen. Bring a blanket because it was very cold in the theater, and they left the lights on during the game which I didn't like. Other then that food was great, very nice theater and the staff was nice.

Just when you thought it couldn't get any better, the new location is totally exquisite. Not only is the venue amazing, but I am constantly impressed with the quality of d set design, music, singing, and acting. We've been here several times with our friends who have season tickets and now I'm convinced we need to be season ticket holders to! I see why there are folks who had season tickets for over a decade. In fact, there is a cool community of season ticket holders who all know each other really well after years and years of seeing each other at the shows.

BEST THEATER EVER!!! Comfortable chairs, incredible customer service!

Not your typical theater... On Monday nights on the second floor they have live musical entertainment as well as a comedy club on the third floor. The theater seats have 24 recliners / theater with attentive catering staff

Great venue, good food (we had the bruschetta), great service. The only bad part was parking. Not enough spaces for the theater. We had to park about 4 blocks away.

One of the worst experiences ever. Our server was TERRIBLE. We got our food before our drinks and it took OVER 20 MINUTES TO GET THEM AFTER. The server clearly was not paying attention to the button that you are suppose to push to get service. Then after we asked for our drinks they only brought one. What the heck? Not once did our server come around and ask if we wanted refills or anything. I can t blame the theater for this one but their card machine went down. We had to wait after the movie was over to get our card back then were asked Do you have cash? Thankfully we did but then our server was extremely rude and said Sorry there was an issue with change so you won t get any back. Gave the money and walked away. Will not be back. Theater is nice but the customer service ruined the whole experience. Food was the quality of Applebees to be honest (chicken was way overbreaded and fries were okay).

UPDATE: Well now it turns out they charged our card after they said it would not be charged. Now we have to go back to speak to someone to get the money back because we have called twice now and gotten two different answers. I doubt this will be an easy process.

UPDATE 2: We went back to ask for a refund for the double charge and was told "The manager is in a meeting right now and afterwards he has an interview". WHAT. THE. HECK. The manager can't spend 10 minutes looking up a transaction and refunding us the money? Ridiculous. I will NEVER BE BACK HERE.

This is an awesome theater. They have nice recliners & waters instead of a snack bar.

I love the comfort and space you get. You get a server and a pretty decent menu. I've been here twice a love it, will be coming back!

Awesome date day/night place. This is an adult friendly theater all the workers were knowledgeable and helpful. I plan to return.

Fanciest movie theater in the country. They serve you food right to your seat. Service was a bit slow though.

Great and friendly service, comfy chairs, great selection of movies! We had originally missed our movie and were so understanding and handed over free movie passes for us to use at any time we wanted for a month. They have impressive cocktails as well. Definitely my favorite theater in Vegas.

So After a 40 year journey into the Star wars universe, i was excited to experience the end of the Skywalker legacy. I been a life long fan and thought after episode I nothing could make a star wars memory into a nightmare, They offered quite possibly the worse movie and restaurant experience in my 40 years, I have ever had. My wife and I live in the Grand Canyon National Park and picked this place 4 hours away to drive to and see star wars. We made a weekend trip to vegas. When we got there we had to wait about 10 mins to even get out tickets for the only person to help us was on the phone the whole time. Then we sit down and get greeted by our server. We ask to see the brunch menu, that the website says they have on Saturdays and Sunday. Get told i have no idea about a brunch menu. So we order off the regular menu. deviled eggs, sliders and nachos with a drink. the drink arrives in a speedy fashion. then for the next 90 mins to 2 hours we see no one. no refills, no food. We are up to the point she is in the old Deathstar. So we go up to ask about our food and in about 5 mins we get it. Everything was so cold Han solo would have cut open a tauntaun to get it up to temp to eat it. The cheese was unmelted cold. nachos were a glob of cheese that reminded me of Jobba the hutt. we procced to ask for our foot to be taken off our bill and we ate non of it. the server was like " i just brought it out to yall." we were told we would not be charged, then we were (we checked out bank online.) and then we asked for a refund and 3 days later the charges have not been return. So unless you are wanting to do an in depth first hand study of the experiences of Dante going through hell meets the Marquis de sade, i would recommend you run for the hill and never give this place one dollars.

Wonderful movie going experience, fast service at my seat and the food was delicious along with it being reasonably priced . Theater was very cozy and comfortable.

Service for the food was slow because they forgot my order. You would think that $16 for a ticket they would be a little quicker.

Not as good as other theaters like this I have visited. However, hands down better than going to a regular movie theater. I would rather see a movie here than the best IMAX/RPX or anything like that. Going to the movies is once again something that you could do on a date or for a nice night out. Thank god!

First the parking was hard to find. There was no indication that I needed to drive down an alley to get to the parking. Second popcorn and movies go together. For$8 ....you get a tiny bag and no refill... so you pay a ton of money for tickets and you get a tiny bag of burnt terrible tasting popcorn.. the movie hasn't even started and I already want to leave. If I could get a refund I would... worst experience I have ever had for a movie theater.

Biggest waste of $70 one could possibly spend Good service. Decent food. Only thing that made it worth it was that we had the entire theater to ourselves.

New favorite movie spot. It's not quite on the radar for most people yet so there isn't a crowd. Stay for drinks, food and live music in the bar on weekends.

It was very nice to eat, drink and kick my feet up while snuggling up next to my man. The staff was friendly but they searched my purse and asked me to throw away my water bottle on my way in. I told him I needed it due to health reasons. He allowed me to take it in.

The food was HORRIBLE!!! The costumer service was HORRIBLE!!! My sisters were waiting at least 30 to 40 mins for the service to come and an additional 20 for them to give us our drinks. My sisters had to get up to look for our service and our drinks were just sitting there. Nice movie theater but the service and food

Great locating with very comfortable seats. Good price for theater snacks especially because everything is delivered.

Took a taxi to this location as closest theatre to us. Upon arrival the movie we wanted to see at 4pm, was removed for the time slot, it was only 3:30.
We have never been to a theatre that removes a movie from playing 30 minutes to show time.

Its clean, comfortable, the food is good and the seats recline to almost horizontal. Service is quick and you park right under the building. It's my favorite place for movies.

Liked it. First time and most likely our last to experience the other theaters in Vegas.

Theater seats are large, comfy and reclining. My cupholder was a bit dirty needing to be deep cleaned from however many spilled drinks prior. Lots of room in between rows. Back row we were in could hear the fan but it did not distract from the movie. Bathroom was clean, just needs a few of the empty soap dispensers to be filled. The 4th? sink I tried finally had some soap to use.

The waiter was great - A+. Kids enjoyed the pretzel bites (crunchy on the outside; good amount of pretzels in the tray) and small bowl of ice cream. Spouse enjoyed the nachos and chicken wings. He did not finish the wings he said as he could not tell how many he had left lol due to how dark the theater was.

I had the fish and chips and for whatever reason they were highly seasoned with salt (is that normal?). I used the nacho cheese from the pretzel bites to try and tone it down on the fries. The actual fish was 5 stars. The breading on the fish was great and crunchy except for yes, too salty/seasoned. I squeezed some lemon on it in hopes of that helping but then woops too much lemon as I couldnt see very well haha. Price for the food was around $70.

Theater/movie was too dark most of the time so it was tough to eat and watch movie at the same time. Fun experience for the kids. Going to try a different theater the next movie we go to see

Only 4 people but I was OK with black that. Movies popcorn and drink for $16 don't do the lobster rolls they were bland

The concept was really nice I loved it but they will not let you in early enough to see all the previews

This place was awesome! Nick the owner is a wonderful Dude who has definitely created a new level of movie theater. The staff is great the food was great the drinks were great the service is great everything was great nice and clean and welcoming I probably would never visit another theater again this will be my go-to

This is a hidden gem indeed. I came here for the first time through a group event and was very impressed by the ambiance and the theater room. Food and drinks are served during the film and the seating is very relaxing.

The theater seats are very comfortable on floor 2. I wish the bathroom were a bit cleaner though.

Not the worst, but definitely one of the worst movie experiences for me.went to see avengers. Seats were good. When bought my ticket ($18 yikes) she didn't have any change so I decided to tip her the $2. Went upstairs, and the usher made me wait as the previous audience was waiting till the end to see the credits (this was at 1:40 show starts at 1:45). No big deal. Shortly thereafter we were able to be seated. If you have a purse ladies be sure to leave out the embarrassing stuff because the ushers will search through your bag rigorously. My thoughts on this: ABSOLUTE INVASION OF PRIVACY! If I just spent $18 on a damn ticket then if I want to bring in my own m&M's I WILL. They dont even pat men down for candy, what a complete double standard. It's a pathetic ploy to get you to spend money at their concessions. Ugh. Okay so we sit you have to hit a silver button for service to order. I ordered a Kona longboard and popcorn total of $16 paid with $20. Guy never comes back with my change. I am a tipper but this guy didn't even ask if I wanted change. Rude. I am against servers like this mainly because it takes forever and it's distracting trying to watch while people are served throughout the WHOLE MOVIE. Most likely will never return and will tell my friends the same. ALSO NO SPOILERS BUT INFINITY WAR IS HALF A MOVIE!! 6/10!!!!

I and my sister somehow had the only seats in the theater that didn t recline. When asked to move, I was told the theater was sold out-there were at least four empty seats. Also asked for popcorn at the onset, never got it. Asked three different servers who all said I m sorry, but my area .
Very dissatisfied with service, will probably not return. You know what they say, first impressions are lasting.

Pros: comfortable and clean seating. Good sound if a bit loud. Picture was excellent.

Cons: food was mediocre at best and way way over priced for portions and quality. Service was ok if a bit slow. I don't like the push a button to call a waiter. They should be monitoring the room. There is no light at all to read the menu by if you want to order additional things. The beer menu is not extensive.

Would not recommend as a dinner theater. There are much better places or save your money and go to a nice dinner somewhere and a cheaper normal theater.

It's a very clean and enjoyable experience... The staff is helpful and friendly and the environment is very nice...

Love this theater. Service right to your recliner in the theater just by pushing your call button. A nice menu and they serve alcoholic beverages and they have a nice menu to order meals and snacks.
