Great place to watch films in Vegas. The seats are lazy boy chairs and the seat service is great.

Strict with food yet their food is too expensive paid $40 for 2 drinks and chips with hot cheese calling them "nachos" ,then they have people walking around just to make sure you ain't sneak a pack of Skittles

Weird place, weird vibe. Like going to watch a movie at your rich uncle's house...

Horrible customer service. Came from New York and booked a movie thru Groupon and when we arrived we were told that we could not watch the movie we booked through Groupon. We even took a cab from the strip to and from the strip just to support this business. Sad experience for me and my wife. Never again

Omg.black owed event space..a trini and a Haitian ...owners. The perfect date night..drink, dinner and a movie... then more drinks. This is the best hang out spot ever. And free parking... whaaaaat? I love this place. I've been to a corp gathering, a meeting and a carnival mas band launch. In the future...

Very comfortable theatre with food service brought right to you in your seat. My kids enjoyed that experience and the food was decent. It is pretty steep prices for a movie, but better than losing that money at the casinos if you have bad luck!

I can only give this place three stars because I have not yet seen an actual movie here. I did, however, attend the comedy show here, and I have to say the service was not up to par whatsoever. The survive was quite slow, as well they were terrible at getting right back to you for your food order, even though we were at the bar already ordering your tables drinks. New customers had arrived at the bar, after us, and still were served before us. We had been ready to order forEVERRR lol. I too had to reorder chicken for a ceasar salad. They said it would take about 5-10 minutes...it came out in a timely fashioned, ice cold. She didn't even ask to specify hot cooked or cold chicken even though ceasar salad should have hot chicken.

Nice theater spacious nice seating comfy chairs that recline.. the sound is amazing I enjoyed the experience the movie that I selected was ok but the experience was great pretty descent menu selections

Excellent set up. Food service is a bit slow. Would it be so bad to have fountain sized drinks?? (takes forever for a refill on 12 oz glass soda drinks)

It's a cool spot if you like to come with friends. I don't drink so I can't get the full experience like most. My companion said the food was pretty good but service time is pretty slow. I just had a soda and never got a refill. The reason they got a 4 star from me because it was honestly distracting. Asked for my signature during the hype part of the movie where I could've signed for it at the end or something, they gotta come up with a better system.

Always like this place to see a movie. Yeah, it's expensive for a movie (around $18 a ticket) but you get really nice chairs, amazing AC and great service. They bring everything to you at your seat and the food is quality.

The staff was great. Best part of the experience. Popcorn was soggy... Cause they put to much butter on it. And drinks that they serve 24oz I'd guess with no offered refill. Ran out in the first 30mins of the movie (salty popcorn) and was just out after that.

LOVE this theater. It's UPSCALE, QUIET, COMFORTABLE, AND OFFERS AMAZING FOOD AND ADULT BEVERAGES.. WELL WORRH THE FEW EXTRA DOLLARS WE SPEND...

Worst movie viewing experience ever.

We got a large group together to rent out an entire theater to watch the new Star Wars movie with prepaid food at $45 per person.

When the menus arrived, there were two sections with options to choose from: appetizers and drinks. The third section of the menu was just popcorn by itself. There was no entree.

After spending $135 for three people, the only thing that came to our seats was two glasses of tap water, a salad, and some fries. Despite how many times we pressed our buttons for service, nobody came. It wasn't until halfway into the movie when were able to complain to someone about one of us never receiving anything in our order (water and pretzel bites). After complaining again, we finally received our popcorn.

This place was a complete rip-off. Wondering where our water and rest of our food was ruined our entire movie viewing experience. The fact that the water we selected was only tap water was just another example of how cheap this place is.

This wasn't my first time visiting here, but it will definitely be my last time.

Wow! What a theater! Recliner chairs, and all my drinks and snacks brought to me by pushing a little button! The servers were fast & attentive. Will definitely stop in again!

This us by far THE BEST theatre in town. Never dirty. Friendly. Way more class than regal and amc. Please! They re not even competition! Mom-Fri tickets are cheaper than any known theatre and w sofa seats! You can order wings burgers and Applebee s style foods at the same price no inflation.

You can t argue with what this place offers. Even on the weekend the price is maybe $6 more than those other places and its worth it. THIS is the type of business you support. Real customer service people we love the beautiful young lady in front with the glasses do not Change her for ANYBODY. Her authentic character is bringing you half your business.

I have been here a handful of times and this experience made me want to write this ,I give this place 3 stars just because of the service My husband and I received at the bar on a Saturday day night. We went in to watch a movie got there with plenty of time for the movie so we headed to the bar for some drinks. There was a party of some sorts going on but nothing too busy 2 bartender s a male and female. The place was full of people but only 2 other couples at the bar with their drinks in hand. We get up to the bar start looking at the menu decided what we wanted and I kid you not about 15 mins to 1/2 hr go by and not even a acknowledgement from the female behind the bar she was just walking back and fourth from tables to the bar. Did not utter a word or I will be right there or anything I was was pissed ready to walk out of the place but I paid $35 for my tickets already so I gave it a few more minutes then the male comes up and finally asks if we have been helped? We say No and so he says what can I get you? We don t go out that often and to the movies cause they are so expensive now a days but I enjoy the theater and the seat side service but will avoid the bar at all cost now.

Nice place but limited .....almost NO PARKING place. Very $$$$ for the average snacks. Took almost 1 hr before somebody show to take our order... nice and friendly servers!

Cool spot to watch a movie and eat some appetizers. soda was a little pricey $5 for 12 oz glass but food made up for it.(Went to see Hereditary, strongly do not recommend, unless you're into witchcraft or the occult). leather recliners, service a bit slow so order before movie starts. within walking distance of Freemont Experience.

I went to this theater and I actually loved it. It s very intimate but open. The perfect place for a 1st or 2nd date.

Very upscale theater experience. I loved the bar and lounge area. Lots of space for groups and events. The theaters have their own wait staff. You just press a button on the table and they are there to cater to you. The leather seats recline back and tables slide across your lap. My one complaint is the pricey food. The food is very expensive and its not your ordinary snack bar food. Also the ticket price is to high for a movie experience. It costs $18.00 for adults and $16.00 for seniors. Also it's a 21 and over only experience. So sorry but kids are not allowed.

I honestly liked this place, nice recliners, really good audio system, everything is new and clean. The only thing that was bothering me was the sound of the projector (really loud fan), I was sitting in the second row from the back and it was a little too much of a noise when there was little action or speech, but again maybe it's just me bothered by this. Anyway will come here again.

Love the place! Albert at the bar is amazing! Service while watching the movie was so so. Took 35 minutes for 2 glasses of wine. One at least should have been comped.

We went during the early afternoon; the theater we went in only occupied my family. The seats were comfortable , the room temperature was perfect.

I attended the National Women's Cannabis Conference here at the eclipse theater while i was in Las Vegas. The view from the top floor was gorgeous and the space for vendors was wide enough to avoid congestion. I met some really wonderful people here and thought the venue was perfect for the occasion

I took my kids here i dropped a personal iteam in restroom i asked one of the worker who empty trash can he said it had been done already i later followed this same worker to the entrance of movie theatre were i over heard him joking about me asking for what i had lost the guy (JAMAAL said he found my product took me outside to the dumpster i jumped inside found nothn i know he kept my weed & they should drug test him and all the staff i called management she soundlike she though it was a joke that one of her employee found drugs and didn't turn them into the staff said he trashed it who why didn't he take it to the proper authority his boss..he kept it & i don't care what it was that was miss placed u always turn it in to the proper management.eclipse theatre down town lv nv

Great place and friendly staff. My only complaint was the double booking for our seats, that we bought 3 days prior. Not a huge deal but there was 2 other guest complaining about the same thing while we picked up our tickets. The girls at the front desk were apologetic but thier manager was unwilling to help and condescending.

Very nice. Theaters are nice and cold. (if you are in shorts, wouldn't hurt to bring a blanket, ) and chairs are very comfortable. Service to your seat is a great concept. Can get a bit pricey, but you certainly get what you pay for, in this case The overall experience was fantastic. Will definitely be back.

If you want a good luxury movie experience, go somewhere else where you won't be distracted by the staff and viewers ordering their food loudly. Just go to a place with plushy recliners and a concession stand/bar outside.

Sure, the building is well-maintained and the bar looks great but the actual viewing experience is not great. If you come in a group, each person's food will come at very different times. This means that you're distracted throughout the movie and sometimes the server blocks your view totally while dealing with the person next to you. I have a feeling that they are understaffed because there weren't many patrons on a Friday night so I cannot imagine this establishment can afford to keep much staff. Add to that the fact that at least half the people in the theater clearly had the Yelp deal. This probably explains the how randomly the food is served but that's just my guess. It would be ideal to get the food served closer to before or the beginning of the movie. The food itself is mediocre so all that distraction isn't really worth it.

If you really, really want to order something to get the full experience of this theater, just order some popcorn and a cocktail or soda...but don't make any changes to your cocktail like making it virgin, etc because you'll be disappointed.

The place has a great look. The lounge is great for friends to sit, chat, and drink. And of course the wait staff makes the movie experience great.

The classiest movie theater I have ever been in. The theater only had about 40 seats, so it was nice and quiet while watching the movie. Although I did not order any food, the patrons next to me did, and it smelled delicious. We will definitely be going back to this theater!
