If I could give this place 0 STARS, I WOULD! This is park place at exposition that I m referring to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. This place had bed bugs and roaches upon move-in. Management claims they didn t know, but the all of the neighbors were privy to this issue and there were also some reviews about this that I noticed after moving in. We were able to get the pests issues resolved. The issue that has remained since the day I moved in is extreme noise from our upstairs neighbors who admittedly have at least 6-10 people living in a 2 bedroom apartment all but 2 of which are children of different genders. Not only did management ignore my noise complaints, they have issued a noise complaint on me from the people UPSTAIRS. Not only do they not address the complaints of their tenants adequately, it seems that the front office manager (who lives in the same building) has sided with the the tenants who create excessive noise. Probably because they been living here for years and management already knows there are too many children up there which they are not concerned about. On top of all of this, I work from home which management is well aware of from the noise complaints I have made. These people should definitely be placed on the first floor but in order for that to happen, management would have to care about its tenants. Since I do not have an email address to reach management or the Echelon group directly, this is my only recourse besides leaving unanswered voicemails. NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE PRICE LOOKS DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! IT IS MUCH MORE WORTH IT TO PAY A FEW MORE HUNDRED DOLLARS A MONTH AND LIVE IN PEACE!!!! MY RENT IS PAID ON TIME EVERY SINGLE MONTH AND I CANNOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF THIS LEASE!!!!

Been here since last Fall and still have only good things to say! Friendly staff, reliable apartment, plenty of parking, and a good location for us. Love that there are so many trails to walk right from the complex. We ve only had one maintenance issue since moving in, and it was addressed very quickly and fixed within the day! Only complaint may be the waste that pet owners aren t picking up, but the property supplies many poop bag stations that are always stocked, so you can t put the blame on them for that one.

Since being bought by Echelon Property Group, the quality of life has gone downhill significantly. The old owners provided enough staff for an apartment complex this size to be properly ran, Echelon seems to be operating it with about half the staff, this leads to pet waste stations constantly overflowing, the areas around the dumpsters are allowed to be a complete mess, maintenance requests now take significantly longer to get completed, package delivery has been a joke, and I could go on and on and on.
Everyone on staff here is excellent, but there's just not enough of them.
This was a nice place to live, until Echelon bought it.
Will likely look for somewhere else, that is properly managed when my lease ends, which sucks, because until Echelon bought Art Walk, I had no plans of leaving any time soon.

If you are a resident, don't expect them to return your calls. Even if one of their maintenance personnel paint your personal property, or you have mold and cockroaches.
Called several times and left several voicemail. No responses.

Their office at Mosaic is terrible except for Regina. She is an angel.

Highly recommend you avoid. Terminated my lease and got out as soon as possible! Only made it 2 weeks.

I am currently a resident at the whispering hills location. I have had a good time renting until recent. My AC has been out since April and all I have been credited TOTAL was approximately $200. This is unacceptable to go this long without proper working AC. Michael at the front office seems to be the only person who wants to help out with my issue.

I have tried multiple times by EMAIL and PHONE to reach Echelon to resolve this and over the course of a few months of reaching out, no response. Unfortunately, it seems that the echelon group is very active in replying to the Google comments, but calling the number listed or emailing them gets you nowhere.

It seems like the most customer service contact you'll get is a reply from a Google comment.

I hope that today is different, and that this company does care about it's renters.

This group took over managing the building I've been living in for over a year a month ago and never have I seen service decline so quickly. Be wary before renting a property from them or before letting them rent your properties.

Update - while I appreciate echelon's reply, the reason I chose this location for feedback is that issues have already been conveyed to management onsite. Their reply has consistently been to blame the resident, prior management, building ownership, etc. As I am a resident in one of the buildings, my information should be available for additional follow up internally.

This management group simply does not care. I have lived @ Retreat at Waters Edge for 7 years now. They took over the property last November and I have watched the community I love completely fall apart. Came out this morning to my car surrounded by hypodermic needles. I pay extra to have a spot in the garage. The company has refused to fix the garage door that's been stuck open for 2months, allowing the junkies a place to use. My building has been vandalized so many times in the last 6months because they still havent installed the new locks and security system. We are no longer allowed to send or receive mail from USPS because they havent installed new mailboxes that were damaged because of the lack of security. It is dangerous for my children and I to shower as the water fluctuates from freezing to scalding. The amenities are not accessible. I'm so disappointed. I cannot wait until my lease ends and wish I had the resources to break it early. I'm sure they will reply with a fake sincere response. Asking me to reach out to discuss and find resolutions. The truth of the matter is that will be a waste of everyone's time. I will express my concerns and they wont do anything because they simply do not care.

I have been trying all day to get ahold of a human but alas. Nothing. I'm being held accountable for something that happened over 3 years ago. Wasn't sent a notice in the mail. No email or a phone call. Now trying to move into a new place I can't because of something I didn't know about.

UPDATE: I am still trying to get some of my $200 deposit back that they kept, also when I did stop in there and talk to a few people and I actually knew there was some pretty horrible things happening and people living in the buildings, also instead of fixing the mailboxes that are broken with locks that are not being used they are letting them sit unlocked so people can't even get their mail unless they catch the male person at Park place on expo!!

I waited over a month for my $200.00 deposit before it was refunded to me, plus they kept my other $200 deposit which they never even contacted me that my apartment was ready or anything so they claim I lost that $200 because I didn't contact them I never knew if I was ready to move in. I can see like $50.00 maybe but it is on them for not contacting me. Be careful dealing with this company.
