I am currently a resident at the whispering hills location. I have had a good time renting until recent. My AC has been out since April and all I have been credited TOTAL was approximately $200. This is unacceptable to go this long without proper working AC. Michael at the front office seems to be the only person who wants to help out with my issue.
I have tried multiple times by EMAIL and PHONE to reach Echelon to resolve this and over the course of a few months of reaching out, no response. Unfortunately, it seems that the echelon group is very active in replying to the Google comments, but calling the number listed or emailing them gets you nowhere.
It seems like the most customer service contact you'll get is a reply from a Google comment.
I hope that today is different, and that this company does care about it's renters.
