This is some details about why i gave that company ( one star)
I'm a software guy, and technical recruiter BTW.
First, i had an interview before, it was too old-fashioned (one hour of waiting, too much applications to be filled, also the interview approach was very old, and refers to the way the company think with), plus i got no any professional replies after my meeting, however i followed up many times.

Second, the retention rate in the company is not well, i have some word of mouths from the market that the salaries there are below the market range, and the technology is a bit old, it's not totally a good place for boosting learning curve and gaining new worthy experiences.
