Worst Experience in Netherlands

Worst Experience in Netherlands
So where do I start!
One of my most unpleasant experiences so far in the Netherlands was a decision to get a bike from this company while mine was in the repairs.

I'll try to keep it short, so I don't spam you with a massive text.

- Without insurance you will definitely pay for every small scratch on the bike, luckily I took it otherwise they would put a 60 euro price on a scratched seat and 150 for some bike issues, that were already there.
- Bike doesn't have any security, if someone really wants to steal it, or steal your battery they can easily do that, keys or locks are generic.
- They have separate links for all the payments, meaning if you pay together for many payments at same time, it might not work. The system is made in such a way so it doesn't pay off your previous bills and you never get a full bill or a proper invoice from this company.
- Staff in the shop cannot tell you about the price to pay, the phone is busy, and their support on email refuses to give you the exact sum unless you take Consumer Protection in your emails to find out how much you need to pay.
- Customer service has snarky employees who respond to questions like angsty teenagers, and try to force more of your payments to debt collectors.
- Overpriced and intentionally made in such a way to put you into debt, or lose money.
- Their system keeps sending me warnings even tho I have paid all their bills.
- Bike quality is very low, breaks didn't work for me and I nearly got hit by a car, fell, and broke my arm a week after I rented this ****.
- You can take this bike for weekly payments, but here is a thing, you have to give them one month's notice before giving this bike away, putting you into payment even if you aren't using the bike.
- If you want to give this bike away, you cannot just drop it, you have to book an appointment, but did I mention the security part?
-After my payment didn't go through [and I didn't know, bad system remember] they put me in to debt collectors, charged additional 40 euro Incasso costs.
-They made the wrong invoice and didn't retract their collectors notice, to give me time to pay for everything, especially with proof that one of my payments didn't go through.
-Debt collectors didn't contact me until I called them to find out what is happening, and AFTER I paid the bill for E-Bike.

I highly recommend avoiding this company, read other negative reviews, and just consider other options for a temporary bike rental.

Customer service horrible. You pay for a faster service but in the end once your bike it's broken you have to wait at least a week to get a new one. For me it's happened 2 times in a month so 2 weeks without bike but still you have to pay the entire month.

Attention! If you don't take the more expensive subscription with insurance. This company will charge you on any defects when you hand in the bike.

Even if you hand in a bike in perfect condition after biking on the smoothest bikelanes of Amsterdam.

I was charged 100 euros for a wheel that was working fine - and exactly the same condition - as I received the bike 4 months earlier.

Don't trust your company and will never recommend or use you ever again. Bunch of thieves.

My awful experience with a bike from ''Ebike to go'' with PREMIUM subscription:
I had the bike since October or September until March. The problem started when the back tire got flat on (12:38 p.m 17/3.20), I supposed that while I had premium subscription I would have my bike fixed the same or at least the next day but the company told me that I have to book an appointment for 22/3 ( I wasn't able to go to my work the next day). So I told them that I have to do a bad review for their service. Unfortunately on 22/3,I didn't met any guy from the company so the appointment got cancelled. Incidentally my bike got disappeared the same day. Now I have to pay for the bike lost.

I decided to rent an ebike from ''Swapfiets'' :)

If I could give zero stars I would. Awful company, bike it terrible, they try rip you off when you return the bike. Terrible customer service.

Please use swapfiets. This company is dirt

Edit: because Nick.

Nobody told me about the fact that anyone with a subscription can steal your battery because anyone with a subscription to your company can open your lock for the battery.

Also strange that the company can respond to reviews but we cannot directly respond back. Awful company
