Allie reached out to me via LinkedIn about a position I might be interested in. Sure enough, I was looking for a new job and the description fit! I responded and we set up a phone call. I used Prorecruiters fresh out of college and let me tell you that it was a GAME CHANGER. I worked with Brittany who called me weekly with updates on potential jobs for me and she would go into vivid detail about them just to make sure I knew what kind of job I would be getting myself into.
I had the opportunity to be a part of the ARRIVAL program they offer which stands for Application, Resume Review, References, Interviews, Video Resume, Additional Info Gathered, and Learning. The program was very easy to complete and taught me about what kind of person I was, as well as what kind of job I would be best fit for. Not only that but by the end of the program I ended up with a video resume, a Proarrival scorecard which is simply a more detailed resume, a new resume, a Hogan assessment scorecard, and quote by quote descriptions from my references that are ready to send to any potential employer. Brittany did everything and made the whole process extremely easy for me!
If you are not sure on what recruiter to use, or if you've never used one at all LOOK NO FURTHER. ProRecruiters truly cares about the clients well being and want to get a job that you will thrive at! I have had an amazing experience and would recommend them to anyone on the job hunt!
