Love their food! I've now made it my mission to work my way through the full menu, and so far every meal has been beautiful. All too often when you go out to a restaurant, at least one person has a disappointing meal, so it's the consistency that impresses me the most about EatFirst. There just aren't any poor choices!

nothing arrived the next 2 hours...
then I got an email from them 2:30 later telling me "there is no more croissant do you want to change it?" so apparently I didnt get my order after 2h just because "there was no more croissant" and they waiting me to call them...

1 star as I can put 0 star... enjoy the review :)

I must have had over 8 Eatfirst deliveries so far, and I have to say am very impressed with the food quality.



It is also healthier and tastier than most delivery foods from Deliveroo or UberEats, which is great, plus cheaper.

By the way, main courses are quite substantial, definitely enough to feed one. Maybe two if you order a main and side to share between two.

Delivery is sometimes spotty, had a few late arrivals. So that is the only downside. And also that you need to microwave, so if you've ordered for four people, either use the oven or you're going to wait a long time using the microwave.

Also no cutlery is included so you have to use your own.

One tip is to order two days worth of meals, I've done that in the past, the meals keep in the fridge for a day.

I rarely order a vegetarian meal that im satisfied with... Eatfirst has alot of choice and are very quick to deliver i thought id try the portabello mushroom and i have to say it exceeded my expectations i would definitely order again.

The food is cold and I asked for 2 person, they give me for one. They should mention in their website, the undo is coming cold!

Not only was it not made clear that the food does not arrive ready to eat, the delivery time was way off and the food is very overpriced considering it requires home preparation and the portion is quite small. The actual quality of the meal was pretty good but considering everything else I won't be ordering from here again.

I have been using Eatfirst to provide lunch for external guests and events for around 6 months. I'm really impressed with the quality of the food , its so tasty , always looks really well presented and the team are always so helpful to any last minute requirements I have. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and I don't make a habit of leaving reviews.

I tried my first Eat First meal last week and it was delicious. Finally found a ready to eat meal that actually felt healthy to eat seriously...highly recommend.

Awesome food and service! The salmon teriyaki and the pork ribs are my favourite.

It's totally amazing! The most delicious take away I have had in my entire life (and I'm not so young). They make great, healthy food that I don't regret eating afterwards! Portions are decent and did I mention that the food is delicious. Wow! It trully is. I can't get over it... bring me more! Feed me all week around, please! I love you!

A very disappointing service experience. The food is great quality and really tasty but often items will be missing, or the wrong items sent, and delivery times are very hit and miss. This time at least i got a refund for my missing items - the last time I didn't despite calling. It is with regret that I have decided never to order from here again.

The concept is great- food is delicious, quick delivery and reasonably priced. I've ordered from EatFirst a few times and it's always good.

Started buying eatfirsts miso and gatso from my local organic store on roman road bethnal green.
I find the quality of the very highest order and priced most reasonably.
I might try the vegatable bowl if i can prise myself away from the miso..
And yes i would recommend these food bowls to everyone and anyone .
Just grab a gusto cola and some fruit and thats lunch and a snack sorted ....

Usually don't write food reviews here, but these guys deserve it. first of all the packaging was lovely and they kept it very neat and eye appealing. secondly, the food it self was delicious with the flavours complimenting one another. The coconut & banana smoothie was definitely something i'd be buying again as it weren't artificially sweet but just right. Lastly, they provided a note with instructions of how to serve, ingredients or the foods and who it was prepared by. Overall i'm very happy with everything and would recommend.

I placed my first order around one year ago. Since then I order their amazing meals on a regular basis and my family loves it. Food quality and diversity, distribution (always on time) and price deserve my five stars. I truly recommend it to everyone
