Great food interesting location. to the wide-open ...
Great food interesting location. to the wide-open Interiors the place and get rather loud and difficult to make conversation in.

Authentic Italian fare (very tasty) Thin crust pizza and a variety of pastas, baked goods and delicious gelato. If you want salad dressing you have to bring your own (they only offer oil and vinegar).
My ultimate test is the risotto. They passed with flying Italian colors. And then the home-made ice cream, well done, guys, well done. Service was friendly and when everyone is smiling, including all customers, you know you're probably in a great place ;-)
In Los Angeles, you can enjoy exquisite Italian wines and Burrata!
The best kept secret in Gardena for authentic Italian food. Don't be thrown by its humble exterior. The ample interior can accommodate parties with huge appetite for delicious food and desserts.
Great place to have authentic Italian food! The dessert are also incredible but I can not get past the gelato.
Unbelievable food the best Italian I've had in a long time
Honest place with good food and very simple atmosphere.
Food was great the taste and authenticity was on point. However my one draw back was the serving size... wow... i mean expect to order more.
I have truly enjoyed every meal I have had at the Eatalian Cafe. A meal well done.
the food and the ambiance are good but the service lacks a bit of customer care plus the kitchen defenitly needs to use a bit more seasoning to enjoy all the flavors together as the come to your table
Enjoyed the food. Funky location but great food and desserts.
First time eating at Eatalian food was amazing.Highly recommended for an Authentic Italian dinner..Ashley provided an extraordinary service and very helpful with recommendations on dishes.Dont forget to visit gelato bar and bakery .Cannot wait to visit again
This is the place to come for fresh, true italian food. The service is quick. It is a bit loud since it is in a factory setting but the noise level is not overbearing. YOU MUST SAVE ROOM FOR SWEETS!!!
Excellent pizza and pasta with fresh scratch made sauce and an amazing selection of Italian deserts imcluding several flavors of gelato
The food is deliciousness. The place is very clean, staff is great, very positive atmosphere.
As a lot of the other reviews have stated, do not let the outside put you off. The inside, while sporting the industrial look, is also clean and abundant. It is a loud venue as the environment almost encourages conversation, laughter and an overall lively vibe. The food is stellar! Was so consumed with the variety of food that I took no photos. The Pesto is phenomenal! The linguine, gnocchi and penne were cooked Al dente to perfection. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and very attentive to all of his tables. Looking forward to our next special occasion to go back and treat ourselves. Oh, almost forgot, the variety of desserts and gelato is overwhelming in the best way possible!!
Really liked tjis place. Good setvice friendly staff. Fantastic food. Love the atmosphere.
First time trying this place out and I really liked it. The layout is a bit different than a traditional restaurant but it is a,warehouse type bldg so it works. Yummy food and desserts. Our waiter, Armando, was great. Parking can be a pain though as the lot is too small for the size of the business so try parking on the street in the front or side. Had the salmon with pesto and panna cotta with berries for dessert. The other dish is pork scalopini with mushroom sauce. House cake was enjoyable as is the gelatos.
Nice place! Clean and simple just like Italian cuisine, the food is tasty and the service is good too.
This restaurant feels very comfortable as soon as it enters. It is a warehouse remodeled, so the space is very open. The food is of course very good. I like the pizza here. The crust is very thin and crisp. It tastes like the hometown. It is so delicious. The friend said that this is the style of northern Italy. The coffee is also good. Other desserts. It also looks delicious and this restaurant is worth recommending.
Its parking lot is behind the restaurant. It used to be self-parking. Last week, it was found that there was Valet Parking, starting after 10 am and charging 3.75.
4 stars because it was slightly hard to find and not much parking.. Otherwise this place is pretty awesome, great service and amazing food!
One of the best Italian restaurants in the LA County. Most things are made in house, even the cheese, and they have fresh pasta options.
This pizza would be quite outstanding in Italy as well...
Shared a couple pizzas as appetizers before the main course. They tasted great but beware that they are on the smaller side with a really thin crust like the pizzas in Italy. The tagliatelle with ragu sauce was excellent. The pasta was cooked perfectly (al dente) and the ragu sauce had a roasted tomato depth and just the right amount of sublime garlic without being overpowering. The dessert selection was outstanding. I liked being able to walk over an make a selection from the case. I opted for the chocolate gelato and it was very good.
The reasons for not giving this place five stars is it was a bit expensive for the portion sizes and the waiter was professional but not too friendly and seemed to be in a hurry to get us to leave even though there were plenty of other open tables if needed for other customers.
Also, beware that a tip of 18% was automatically added to our bill for a party of six.
Everything is usually great here but tonight s takeout was not up to par. The Large Tuna Salad we ordered tasted like dish soap. They might of made the mistake in washing the carrot, onion, and the lettuce in soap. We couldn t eat it.
But the pizza, grilled veggies, and tiramisu was great as usual.
Really enjoyed the food and dining experience here. Very spacious and pleasant interior. Good service and courteous staff. Had banana pepper sausage anti pasta, soup, pizza and desert between two people. Looking forward to return visit.
Ham and mushroom Pizza was thin and crispy. Tastes like a quesadilla honestly.
The food and service is good but doesn't match the feel of the restaurant ... The vibe is not ambient and the bathrooms are dirty and need new paint.
Thinnest pizza I've ever had. Great quality, very fresh ingredients. Love the gelato bar & bakery built into the restaurant too! Been there no less than six times.
Great Italian cuisine, interesting wherehouse district. Awesome food!!!
Can't go wrong here. Great everyday spot . Put this in the repertoire for regular attendance
OH My God! What an incredible dinner! It's been awhile since I could say Everything was delicious! From the table bread to Dolce I Quercioli wine and the tiramisu dessert! Our server, Anthony, with his beautiful Italian accent knew actually what to recommend . Don't let the modest setting and decor fool you the food is fantastic. Thank you Anthony for a wonderful dining experience
The best Italian food. The seafood salad is always fresh and delicious.
For the most part, I still like this place. But over the last few months, some of the dishes are not up to par. The four cheese risotto, which I used to adore and rave about, was dry and a bit crunchy, but still very flavorful and creamy so I ate it anyway. The next time I ordered it, the gorgonzola was so overpowering I could not eat it and had to send it back.
I used to look forward to the prosciutto and melon in the summer (since I don't often find it elsewhere), but they decided not to offer this summer. The server said that other customers had complained about this; I went recently and it's back on the menu. However, the prosciutto doesn't seem to be the same--light, slightly dry, thin slices. This time it was wet, limp, lacking flavor.
Dishes that are still delicious are the sausage and peppers and the tagliatelle with meat sauce. Pizza is still very good (plain cheese or speciale are excellent), albeit a little too soggy towards the middle. The gelato and the tiramisu should not be missed! Hope those don't change.
The last time I've been here I called in to order take out and when I arrived to pay, despite the fact that I was standing right in front of the cash register with cash in hand, I was overlooked for another patron. That was my last time to franchise with this business.
I've never been to eatalian cafe but my dad just got a job as the manager and I want to support him
It was ok, the service was slow, and the person got the order wrong.
The best I've had in a very long time. It really deserves 10 stars
This is our go to spot for delicious Italian food when we make trips to Southern California. Their house made cheese is amazing and worth the trip by itself. Their chefs do a great job with the entrees as well, serving up flavorful food without over seasoning anything. The desserts are delicious, but the panacotta is to die for. I've only been a few times so far, but I've tried everything any of us ordered and nothing has been disappointing at all and most things have exceeded expectations.
The location and downplayed decor of this excellent establishment speaks volumes for how good their food is as it is clear people seeking an excellent dining experience are willing to overlook the location and curb appeal and to focus on the service, food, and ambiance.
The huge display of cheese wheels and transparency of the completely open kitchen and coffee bar exemplifies the approach.
We will continue to return as often as we are able to take advantage of everything they have to offer.
Bombest thin crust pizza ever there desserts to die for worth every penny first time i dont regret it the ice cream, house cake and cookies recommended. I will be coming back
Located way in a remote industrial part of Gardena, Eatalian Cafe is part Italian restaurant, part food-processing plant. The menu is extensive and reasonably priced. The food comes out really quick and is really really delicious- especially the pizzas.
If you want a unique dining experience in an off-beat location, come to Eatalian and you won't be disappointed.
Most amazing and authentic italian food that I've had outside of Italy. Seriously, this place is so good. Very random vibe being in a giant warehouse and very nondescript location, but perhaps that is best so that it doesn't become too busy and I can still get in when I want to! Definitely go, you won't be disappointed.
Good food good lasagna good and friendly service clean restrooms I totally recommend this place
Portions are tad smaller from what I recall (and for the price), but quality remained. Definitely a must check out place if you want try out some thin cut pizza, fresh fried calamari, and homely pasta.
Don't forget about dessert and cappuccino.
A very neat place for delicious Italian food, dessert, beers, wines, gelato... the restaurant is like a hidden gem tucked into what seems like an industrial neighborhood. Once you walk inside this warehouse looking place, you will see a lot of tables set up neatly where you will also get personal with your server. They give excellent service and suggestions., there are so many dishes to try, I am definitely going back and I hope soon too! Don't forget to save room for all their sweets!!
My trips here usually consist of a pizza, la Rossi beer, and gelato afterward. Any and every pizza is great, toppings are fresh and it's thin sliced the way I like it. I also pour that spicy oil on my plate and dip the pizza.
Beer is dark, used to be draft but now it's bottled, 90% as good as it used to be, and gelato flavors are solid. Prices aren't steep and atmosphere is nice. Intimate yet open. Parking is rough so get in where you fit in
Great place! Great food! Unassuming decor, but food and service are unmatched!
Off the charts good. From appetizers to dessert this place is amazing. Also plenty of great wine and beer selections.
The pizza here are thin crust and has amazing flavors.
Great food, all made in site. Don't let the outside look fool you.
MY FAVORITE ALL TIME RESTAURANT! They have an amazing drink selection and dessert selection. The menu is unbelievable and the food wILL NOT disappoint!!
I had The linguini with shrimp, scallops, asparagus and cherry tomatoes in cream sauce. The meal was fantastic as were the hazelnut, amaretto, and Panna Cotta gelato. I will definitely be coming back. My server was fast and friendly. As it is also a good processing center it is not necessarily the most appealing restaurant visually but the product itself is nothing short of superb!
Over all the food is Delicious!! It doesn't matter what you order if you love Italian you will the Authenticity. I like to eat my pizza with ranch and they didn't have any. The food pricing is alittle Pricey side. They need to definently work on the bathrooms Especially with the amount they're charging for food they should have some top notch bathroom NOT clean at all.
Over all taste great Restaurant!
The restaurant is in an industrial area of Gardena. This is a gem right here in the city. You have many choices of pizzas, pasta's, and salad's. There are also many vegan options on the menu. There is something for everyone there.
I ate here one time with my family. It was just after lunch hours and it was rather slow; since the lunch crowd had just cleared out. the food and service was incredible. The pasta was delicious, pizza was a bit thin for my liking, but delicious non the less. Afterwards, I had the best gelato that I have ever had and it was a wonderful experience all around.
Since this experience was so great, I could not wait to return with some family members who were visiting from out of town. Unfortunately this never ended up happening because the restaurant was unable to accommodate us. I called and spoke to one woman who informed me that they allow reservations for parties of 10 or more, otherwise it is first come, first serve...fair enough...
So, I rallied my family to go, 5 adults, 5 children under the age of 5 and called back to make a reservation for the following evening. NOW, the policy is that the reservations have to be before 3pm. This unfortunately wound work for us because I have a baby shower, so I asked if they could accommodate us at 4pm. The girl on the phone said "only a manager can allow that"...okay, "may I speak to a manager?"
I spoke to the manager and explained that with having 5 children with us, waiting could be a little chaotic, since there is nothing else to do and to be honest, it isn't the nicest area, where I would let my kids run around outside. I was hoping that they could accommodate us at 4pm, rather than 3pm. This woman was so cold and rude on the phone. She snapped at me, shut me down, said that they have well behaved children there all the time and basically treated me like an idiot for even calling her to the phone. And idiot with unruly kids.
I think the reservation policy is rediculois and I especially hate when the policy conveniently changes and has time cut offs that it didn't have 5 hours ago.
I definitely have a bad taste in my mouth about this restaurant now, because I do not like to spend money with rude people. So sad because the food was SO good :(
Horrible service
The waitress Kept telling people she was the only waitress for 10 tables. And the manager wasn't any Better, they apologized, My first time there was awesome, but because of this experience I don't want to b back for a 3rd. The waitress got our order wrong but we didn't complain because it was good.
What a surprise very friendly staff best Italian food must visit A+
