I have eaten there for years. I got food poisoning once.. Just last Sunday with another patron on a take out order. You understand what that entails, if not google it. It is not pretty, trust me. Add to it that it was a bogo because shared the meal, so two of us are sick...

...Get this, I turned the car around and returned it for not being done. They said they gave us a new one. I couldn't tell because all of a sudden the contents, which were separated neatly, where mixed now. I thought it strange who fast they made that happen, but moved on when i was assured that it was a new meal.

When I called the next day to warn them about the food they are serving, that it made two people very very sick. They took my info and assured me someone from corporate would call me. They apologized for the trouble, and told me corporate would recommend a DR to go to if we remained ILL.

No call. They sent a letter. When I called they wouldnt discuss the contents or suggest advice. The Director who sent it was out of the office. Must be an amazing person to care so much as to send a letter, even while he is not even there.

I have since recovered and still, no letter. The Director who sent this was at a business retreat. Well, Sir, I hope you enjoyed the conference, I am sure it did not make you uncontrollably vomit, if so I know you did not enjoy it...from experience.

Eat at your own risk, and if you get sick there - expect them to treat you in a similar manner that is completely different then their advertised brand. Do not wait for a reply to your complaint, because it will come in the mail - the slowest manner that screams - your well being is not an immediate concern of Eat n Parks, even if Eat n Park has impacted it negatively - in my opinion.

I have been a customer for 50 years and never had a confrontational situation until this evening. I pulled up to the drive-thru window and waited a very long time, nobody came. I went inside and ordered a pie to go. I asked the manager why no one had come to the window. His response, if I would have phoned my order in they would have known I was coming. No one staffs the window, they are shorthanded. I asked why there was not a sign saying they do not take drive up orders? Because it is just a pick up window only. I canceled my order for the pie due to the manager s attitude. This happened at 7370 McKnight Road at 9:30pm. I never had this problem with the Eat N Park on the other side of McKnight. You have lost a customer for the rest of my life. I m sorry everyone is shorthanded and can understand that, if it is presented in a professional there is not a problem.

My husband and I were at Eat n Park in Latrobe on January 14. We both ordered the buffet the bacon wasn't fully cooked French toast was cold sausage gravy was cold also. Talked to manager Wendy. Thought you needed to know because at least 5 of the employees were sitting at table talking while they should be making sure the food is hot ! We got there at 7:35AM and the buffet was to be open and wasn't. Maybe someone should check on it

I placed an order over the phone to the eat n' park located in Robinson and planned on picking my food up on my way home from work at 230 in the morning. They took my order, took down my name and my phone number and told me it would be ready in about 15 minutes. When I showed up, I waited at the window for 10 minutes before a woman noticed me waiting while she walked by. I told her my name and my order that I had and she proceeded to tell me they never received an order. Puzzled, I explained that I just called, placed and order, and that I recognized by her voice that this was the same woman I talked to over the phone. She told me that I must have called the wrong eat n' park, although I know for a fact I did not especially considering there aren't any other ENP's open at that time in that area. If you ask me, they probably just didnt want to make it and would prefer to get paid for doing nothing. I'm just really glad she didn't ask me if I wanted to pay over the phone too. I would not recommend going to this eat n' park during the night because they just don't want the business.

The food is mediocre at best - my biggest complaint is that an employee at the McKeesRocks site stole my $200.00 Fitbit watch and the management staff refused to help me retrieve the watch while it was still on site. I knew it was still there and showing enough activity that only an employee could move around that much in that limited area.
I sent a "report" to the Corporate office and was never contacted by anyone. I will be YELPING about it very shortly. I've boycotted ALL E&P facilities - yes I was ultimately responsible for the loss but if it had been my establishment I would look at the evidence at hand and gather my staff and give the thief a chance to do the right thing. Overall not the type of establishment I choose to support - there are too many better restaurants.

Had a burger the first visit and it was good but this time I ordered the pot roast sandwich and I sure wouldn t recommend it or order it again. There was a very small amount of very, very dry pot roast on the sandwich.

The Monroeville location is just awful customer service... Waited at the entrance for over 20 minutes until a hostess showed up.. Prior to that ,myself and other customers asked server staff if they would have someone seat us. We were ignored.. Once we were sat, no utensils were given, had to ask for our drinks. Sad because the food is good. The manager that day was absent from sight... I will not return to this location... The only decent one I've been is Whitehall. At least the staff there are professional

I am writing this after a year of being employed with Parkhurst Dining in Utica. In a short duration of time being employed there, I was discriminated and retaliated against directly from the General Manager and main chef after following their grievance process for incidents that occurred. I was hired as a cook and without consent placed into a supervisor position. I learned a lot but experienced mass corruption in working at this site. We have laws that protect us from workplace harassment but enforcement is a joke. After following Eat n Parks grievance procedure, it was clear Human Resources was incompetent and inefficient. I reached out to the CEO with no advance in my complaint. Someone- loosely directed, sure knows how to protect upper management from criminal offenses and activity. I would not suggest anyone work there as an hourly employee specifically at this site. Records of previous managers in my position show they were acted ill-fully towards also. Upper management was given no disciplinary action for the crimes committed. So therefore, I give Eat n Park Hospitality Group a 1 for doing the least to ensure safe business practice. I would not support a family business that treats its employees with disdain.
