Terrible Support (won't provide connection username and password), Terrible Portal, Terrible Service
Would not use this company again. Their support of managed services they provide is awful, They do not have any understanding of what they are doing and just pass issues between different levels of support and their providers. The account manager is not interested in providing support for escalation either. Terrible company structure - they need to have a rethink and get back to basics of customer support.
Be warned. I am used to deal with various companies providing communication infrastructure. However, I never had anyone so completely disconnected to customers IN MY LIFE. Contract department, billing all just ignore you. I would say they are letting their customers down, but I know they wouldn t understand what a customer is.
I tried to start a complaint but guess what. No such procedure available. Contacted them via web interface: ignored. I sent emails to 15 contacts I have from them. No response.
All I want them to do is to send me a bill. Would you believe that?
Long interview processes and even a want sample work time from you, where they don't pay you.
Really strange, a communications company who asked me to contact them and neither of the two numbers given (one of which is the switchboard/reception) can answer the phone. I will revise this review as and when I can get through but my initial thoughts are this is a poor start.
dreadful company to try and communicate with. 3 of the numbers listed on their website are dead. ringing other numbers get you transferred to another department where eventually they hang up on you and you begin the frustrating process. they also have the worst automated phone service, press 1 to, press 2...2 is not a valid number.
