I have been looking for a good cheddar for ages,now have found the one for me,taste and texture spot on.

Wow what fantasttic cheese. Bought a 900grams waxed farmhouse in costco. This is how mature cheddar should taste like.. .. texture...taste and the waxed packaging were all top notch. And the price at costco was unbelievable !

Absolutely disgusting.
This is the worst cheese I have had this year. In two words: rubbery, tasteless.

Even tried mixing it with bread, wine, chicken liver, but no, this one isn t awful.

Having moved to Somerset from Essex ive been on a massive cider and cheese tasting frenzy and this is easily the best cheese ive tasted by far. Really really tasty....now to drink more cider....

Top cheese very tasty and bought it on Warrington Market. I would strongly advise you try some, you will be going back for more.

The Reserve Cheddar was bought in Canberra Australia at the local market. It was outstanding in everyway., being superior to any of the many local cheeses. A good texture with a mature taste but not over the top when eaten at room temperature.. It certainly was an English Cheddar of distinction. Just to check my taste, I trued it in a blind test against five others; the results confirmed my first initial experience.
