Horrendous company to deal with. Sold a "brand new" car which in fact has had a (very poor) repair and respray without disclosing it to me. When this issue has been brought to mine, and their attention, they simply ignored in the hope that I'd go away and when that didnt work, simply shrugged their shoulders and said it wasn't their problem. It turns out that when they sell a "brand new" car, they don't check paintwork thoroughly as part of their pre-delivery inspection (confirmed by multiple employees I have spoken to), thus leaving it up to a customer to notice at the time of receipt of the car. I would advise everyone to spend their hard earned money elsewhere, at a dealer where they don't just take your money and offer no after sales care at all. I will certainly be advising everyone possible to avoid this utterly disgraceful company

I brought the car in without an appointment on Saturday morning, due to a fairly minor bodywork problem. They fixed it there and then, free of charge! I had the chance to look at the other cars in the garage, and it seemed to me that a fine job was being done on all of them. Very friendly and efficient service.

Car was repaired here and they were great. Got a loan car even though they didn't have to. Repair was done properly as well. Great job. Can't recommend them highly enough.

It's a bit out the way but the work they do here is first class and meets many manufacturers specs. No issues with the repairs made to my vehicle.

Car was into Mazda Edinburgh today 03/12/18 for a recall, dealt with immediately at service counter, no hassle, was offered complimentary tea and coffee whilst I waited, recall took about 1 hour and car was given a hoover and wash which was much needed , so thank you all

I put my car in here to get some bodywork done. Easy to find and well sign-posted. Nice reception area with helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Free hot drinks available. Did a great job on my car and you would never know that it had been damaged. Very reasonably priced and valeted inside and out. Good old fashioned service and value for money.

Excellent customer service. Been having issues with trying to get my car serviced since Western Seat in Colinton closed. After speaking to Alexis and then Neil, it was sorted within 5 minutes and was able to get a service booked in!
