Worst IT Company

ESS is the worst company I have ever seen in my life. They claim to be 30 yrs old with hundreds of client base but they collapsed within 15 days due to the corona pandemic. In Mar 20 itself they made 50% salary cut and sent 50% employees on LWP (Leave without Pay) from Apr 20.
Some of the main points which people should know before joining:

1. Horrible office infrastructure (in Head Office in Sec 63, Noida). Feels like its 1000 sq ft flat.
2. No medi-claim policy for employees.
3. 2 yrs bond.
4. 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday working.
5. Still they use thumb impression for attendance.
6. No transport facility
7. No cafeteria. No tea/coffee machine.
8. Most important NO JOB SECURITY.

Its is a typical Lala company. I suggest never accept their offer.
They on boarded many people in Feb 20 and Mar 20 but kept them on LWP from Apr 20 onwards. People left their jobs and joined them by trusting them but ESS left them in between.

Every week senior manager look for people to put on "leave without pay".
Please don't ever join this company in life otherwise your career will be spoiled. They have worst policies.

This place have best environment to work . You can find a family like nature of managers and office colleagues. Best place to learn for beginners and experienced people. Ebizframe is the flagship ERP product of this company. Here, it provides opportunity of software development in many technologies.

This company is not entitled for a single star. Such a cheap and third class organization, put their 60% of employees on "Leave Without pay" and rest 40% are getting only 45-50% salary each month in this tough time. Managers forced their team members to resign from the company with the comment "Company is not thinking about you, leave the organization ASAP". All of this because to save their own jobs. It is a CMM level 5 company from past 30 years but can't survive within the initial 12 days of lockdown, cutted 50% salary of all employees of the company in March-2020, this organisation does not deserve CMM 5 level rating but don't know who idiot was gave them this rating. If you want to spoil your career, please join them.

Not much good in starting... lot of pressure , work load, later employee start feeling like a they are in their home. Cooperative managers and collegues. Good place to work.

fake company and all are cheaters peoples are there specially mangers.they don't deserve a single star.
