Such a cheap and third class organization, put their 60% of employees on "Leave Without pay" and rest 40% are getting only 45-50% salary each month in this tough time. Managers forced their team members to resign from the company with the comment "Company is not thinking about you, leave the organization ASAP". All of this because to save their own jobs. It is a CMM level 5 company from past 30 years but can't survive within the initial 12 days of lockdown, cutted 50% salary of all employees of the company in March-2020, this organisation does not deserve CMM 5 level rating but don't know who idiot was gave them this rating.
