This is not a review as a costumer rather a worker. If you think the trailers are bad and the costumer services is bad you should see the work environment. I have only worked there for about 3 weeks and I have not been properly trained or taught the do s and don t s and when something goes wrong it is my fault and I get cussed at with words that only enemies would exchange even though the management has not been teaching me the correct ways of doing stuff. I am not going to point any names of the supervisors that do this but I do know that I will remain anonymous. So I give this place one star because of the TERRIBLE work environment that I work at.

I am the shop manager where I work and I dread comi g here for parts. I was in today to get a 7 way box, and a 7 way plug for the light plug and was told they couldn't help me as I did t have the vin of the trailer. Parts Dept is horrible. U have to drive to the rear of the property to pick up parts and wait for the parts room person to get there to get ur parts I have waited up to an hour for parts.vsave time and go to Mac.

I had a great experience with the service department. I brought my stepdeck in to have the rear of the trailer repaired and was told it would take full day. I got up to East at 5:30am checked in and my trailer was inside the shop by 6:45am. Expecting to be there a full day my trailer was completely finished and pulled out of the shop just before lunchtime and I was on my way. The customer service there is top notch and everyone I dealt with was extremely professional.

bought a trailer 1.5 years ago. cost $72,000. We used it about 15 times since new. Tailgate air chamber has failed already. Out of warranty, new one is $350. It was prob made in China. SMH

As a former worker this place is terrible, no proper ventilation and the supervisors treat you like absolute garbage, but I will not say any names AHEM* Steve C.

First of all, I d like to say that I have never written a review to any company, corporation, etc. So, this review is intended for someone to make a difference and change this company for the better.
Recently, one of my family friends got a job at East Manufacturing Corp. in Randolph, Ohio. He was abruptly fired as they told him he doesn t work fast enough. The employee was in the process of being trained on the factory line as the employer warned him to go faster or else. I found this very disrespectful for a number of reasons. This employee showed up to every scheduled shift and meeting, on time, REGARDLESS of their personal life outside of work. He also just turned 18 so this was his first job in his career field with multiple certifications to be an outstanding employee.
Therefore, the environment at East Manufacturing should be reviewed by officials as this is unacceptable behavior.

Dave in parts has great phone etiquette and was very helpful.

Customer service is terrible, the people were very rude and not very helpful. I guess if your not buying a fleet of trailers you ate of no importance to them.

I have found that they are been very helpful and responsive to my questions and getting back to me I have read some of these postings and I think most of those people are being trivial east makes a great product,Keep up the good work East

While shopping for a used trailer I called the sales dept for general info such as tare weight on an older model combo flatbed. The salesman took the time to research the vin and call me back with the info I was looking for. Didnt end up buying that trailer but did purchase an all aluminum EAST that was a better fit for my operation. I have the salesmans name and number will be leaving him a message as well. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
