I was in today to get a 7 way box, and a 7 way plug for the light plug and was told they couldn't help me as I did t have the vin of the trailer. Parts Dept is horrible. U have to drive to the rear of the property to pick up parts and wait for the parts room person to get there to get ur parts I have waited up to an hour for parts.vsave time and go to Mac.
