While shopping for a used trailer I called the sales dept for general info such as tare weight on an older model combo flatbed. The salesman took the time to research the vin and call me back with the info I was looking for. Didnt end up buying that trailer but did purchase an all aluminum EAST that was a better fit for my operation. I have the salesmans name and number will be leaving him a message as well.
