East End Restaurant and Bar Review

Already was one of my favorite breweries in Greater Cleveland, but after seeing how much care and caution was taken into their reopening, I have a new level of respect for them. Always fantastic beer and some of the best food you ll find (try the weekend brunch and you definitely won t be disappointed). Can t thank these guys enough for staying open and working hard for all of us!!

All I can say is it's my job and I love it to death food good good drinks you can always say you had a good time there!!!

AMAZING! Beautiful deck and view! We were able to take our dog Max too. Our amazing waiter, Will, not only brought our water, but a bowl of water for Max. As I said, Will was amazing. He had several tables even on the other end, but he was always available for questions and was very accomadating! The food was wonderful! The Juicy Lucy Burger was so thick a full of flavour unlike any burger ever!! The Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich was Perfect!!! Just the perfect amount of heat! I can t say enough about our great experience!! Thanks to the chef and our amazing waiter Will!!

Great view of the flats when you sit out on the back patio. Good drink menu. The hostesses can be kind of rude.

Poor service. Wait staff and management having a meeting while we were trying get a table or sit at the bar. Rude and not responsive to our request.

Great atmosphere! Sam handled our party of 12 like a pro! He was very attentive & was on his A game! Clams, Hot Chicken Sandwich, Burger, Pizza, Grilled Chicken, Fish Tacos, Salad, etc...all great! Beer & cocktails superb!
We'll definitely go back!

Hard Pass- Don t waste your time - Collision Bend might have a good location on the river? However, their food, service, and beer is very lacking and it is all overpriced. I won t ever return and I recommend you try somewhere else before visiting Collision Bend.

Great location, water front dining showcasing Cleveland's revitalized east bank of the flats, service was very good, I had a couple IPA brews, very nice, the food however, not so much, I had a white pizza, pretty basic, nothing special and a salad, the salad was supposed to be bib lettuce, but it wasn't, a slice of ice berg with a drizzle of dressing and a couple slivers of peppers doesn't improve a nutritionally deficient lettuce, my son ordered spaghetti and meatball and the portions were ridiculously small. My advice is skip the food and enjoy the beer.

Overly pretentious.. not your typical brewery where you can just stop in for a beer..had to wait for a host to direct me to the bar.. good beer though..

What a fantastic local brewery! Everything was great The beers, the food, the deck on the river...There is definitely no need to spend money at one of the national chains on the east bank of the flats with this little gem 1/4 mile up river! Great job Luke and company!

Margherita pizza was crazy good, we ordered a second pie

We went there as our first date out since covid hit. We had an amazing time. The weather was beautiful. We got there they took our temperature. You could tell there were extra measures taken due to covid. Our server William was absolutely great. The drinks were delicious. The beer had lots of flavor and the food was so good. I reccomend the cauliflower pizza. Bonus there was a band there playing!!

Amazing atmosphere, very good priced, all of their own beers on draft . This place is a definite stop for anyone who likes good food or alcohol!

Great atmosphere, service, beer, and food. We went here twice, once for just drinks, and once for dinner. We had a great experience both times. Most notably, our bartender, Noah, was attentive and very friendly. The food is tasty and has a lot of variety. The beer has great flavor without being overpowered by anyone single note, unlike so many other microbrews recently. The atmosphere is vibrant. The different dinning areas break up the sound so you can easily hear your table's conversation even when the restaurant is full.

Their outdoor patio/bar is one of my favorite in Cleveland! The beer prices are steep but it's worth stopping there for a few beers!

Really great service, very accommodating. The food was very well executed and the management and wait staff were top notch. IMO the beers were ok, but it can use some experimentation.

First time in Cleveland and I would recommend this spot as an absolute MUST! I was there on business and had a night off and we pretty much tried every appetizer and I loved them all!!!!!

Very pretty environment - open layout with plenty of seating for large crowds. Food was delicious as were the drinks- something for everyone!

We had the most fabulous experience today at CBB.
Erin greeted us promptly when we arrived, took our temperature and pleasantly escorted us to the most perfect table on the patio.
Next, our server Larry greeted us with the most beautiful smile. He was professional, efficient and accommodating.
Finally, the manager Marissa came to our table, as well as a number of other servers. Each kindly asked if we needed anything.
We were celebrating a special occasion and it was our first time visiting. It won't be our last.
We are so grateful for this staff for making our visit so special.

Amazing food - all new menu! The Juicy Lucy burger wqs incredible. Good service and very cool atmosphere. Right on the water, watch the boats go by on the Cuyahoga River while you eat or enjoy the Brewery's beer selection.

Good food, not great. Like the beer. Had a great sever and the location is pretty good if you want to make a night of it.

Has great views, but a small-ish menu. We went on a Saturday evening so it was quite busy. The staff is very well-trained but our evening seemed to drag on , so the service could have been a bit faster.

I wasn't a fan of the menu and had a hard time trying to choose something. The menu seems to be more like "small food accompaniments for beer", rather than a typical dinner menu. I had a fish taco which is a tortilla topped with a piece of fried fish and topped with other stuff. But it would have been better as a fried fish entree with a side of cole slaw and some fries. I'm not a beer drinker, so I can't vouch for the beer. Oh, their tap water is awful! It's like aquarium water!

Great Beer (Lake Erie Sunset) and Cool Atmosphere. We've been here a few times and it was good but most recently we had a terrible experience. We put our name in for an outside table on a Saturday around 6p. They found my name easily because I had made several reservations before. They said 1 hr wait, so we sat at the bar for an hour then approached the hostess and she said that they could not find me and that we would have to wait another hour! Then they proceeded to sit us at the very first high top inside which is a heavily trafficked area with no apology. Very rude. And our server tried hard but it missed the mark, we received several orders that weren't ours and of course they ended up on our tab.

Fantastic evening watching the water and hoisting some great brew with my wife! And those 420 Fries...Wow!

Great brewery right on the Cuyahoga. Great beer awesome food and a terrific group of people. A very cool laid back vibe with a very tons of space. Currently taking the Beer 101 course and enjoying every minute. Definitely worth checking out the next time your downtown. Valet was only $10

First off their food is amazing with great happy hour prices!! We had the roasted Brussels, meatball, bacon risotto cake and roasted cauliflower pizza. All I can say is you need to come and eat this delicious food! Beers are also on point! Bollard Pull porter and Eight Crazy Nights are amazing! The bartender was super knowledgeable and he was amazingly friendly! Will definitely be back again with friends to introduce them to this amazing place!

The drinks were no good. We had beer flights and cocktails and nobody enjoyed it. The food and service need some serious work ... The venue was quite nice however and it's right on the river which is great

Visited for dinner after work one evening. This is such a great location when the weather is nice. The patio is large and faces the Cuyahoga River- perfect for catching sunsets. The staff was prompt, friendly and accommodating. We ordered two of their signature cocktails and while they were good, they weren t memorable. Should have known to go with beer. Second round was IPA which was much better. Husband had the Nashville Hot Chicken which he liked- though he wishes the pickles were dill rather than sweet. The fries were also delicious. I had the jerk chicken taco and it was big enough to make two tacos. I thought it was just ok and probably wouldn t order again. It came with one flour and one corn tortilla. The corn tortilla was a bit tough and the jerk flavoring didn t come though enough for me. We also split Brussels sprouts made with a Vietnamese dipping sauce. They were good and did taste like the sauce you d have with a spring roll. They were however a bit sweet. Overall good experience and would come back to try other items on the menu.
