I wanted to take advantage of the lowered interest rates and a friend referred me to East Coast Capital. I was very happy with my experience. I talked to Lou who was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and let me know what my options were and kept me informed every step of the way. I got a fast response to every call and email and they were helpful and persistent in getting everything done. I know they had some extra work and aggravation due to COVID-19 but they gave me step by step directions on how to get all the paperwork done right. There were a few issues with new guidelines of employment verification and some other steps that have changed a bit but even though it wasn t the smoothest they kept right on top of everything to make sure it all got done.

I also used them when I purchased my house 5 years ago and the process then was also excellent. Very professional, very thorough, and very quick. They set expectations and stuck to timelines. BEWARE THIS COMPANY!!! We had a terrible experience with East Coast Capital from their loan officer all the way to the top! We were selling our second home and the loan officer Adiel Posado wrote up a bogus pre-approval for buyers that should never should have been approved in the first place. Months and months went on with excuses why the buyers were delayed in every single step of the process. Then our agent got the loan processor Doreen involved who said call me any time , on the first phone call. She became more and more difficult to reach and then stopped answering calls entirely. Then our agent got the OWNER Seth Fass involved. He answered his phone once and then blew off our agent again and again. It wasn t until AFTER their buyers got their mortgage commitment that we learned it would take several more weeks, maybe even months before they could actually close! They are unethical, deceitful and cost their clients a home. There are plenty of better lenders out there. Do not use them!
