BEWARE THIS COMPANY!!! We had a terrible experience with East Coast Capital from their loan officer all the way to the top! We were selling our second home and the loan officer Adiel Posado wrote up a bogus pre-approval for buyers that should never should have been approved in the first place. Months and months went on with excuses why the buyers were delayed in every single step of the process. Then our agent got the loan processor Doreen involved who said call me any time , on the first phone call. She became more and more difficult to reach and then stopped answering calls entirely. Then our agent got the OWNER Seth Fass involved. He answered his phone once and then blew off our agent again and again. It wasn t until AFTER their buyers got their mortgage commitment that we learned it would take several more weeks, maybe even months before they could actually close! They are unethical, deceitful and cost their clients a home. There are plenty of better lenders out there. Do not use them!
