I wanted to take advantage of the lowered interest rates and a friend referred me to East Coast Capital. I was very happy with my experience. I talked to Lou who was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and let me know what my options were and kept me informed every step of the way. I got a fast response to every call and email and they were helpful and persistent in getting everything done. I know they had some extra work and aggravation due to COVID-19 but they gave me step by step directions on how to get all the paperwork done right. There were a few issues with new guidelines of employment verification and some other steps that have changed a bit but even though it wasn t the smoothest they kept right on top of everything to make sure it all got done.
