I have lived here for 13 years I love all of these people they are famlly

I have lived here for 2 yrs. I haven't had any issues of repairs since I have lived here. The response of repairs have been quick. Mr. Jerry, and Carol listen when there are problems. I expected since this is government housing, to be terrible. Not at all. The apartment is small. But, I am happy how I am treated with respect, and courtesy.The only issue I have at times is parking.

Neighbors are nosey and too many rules and if you have a pet there is a fee with non-refundable

The experience is about to begin!!!! The people I have talked to in S.C. have been just wonderful and polite ,it has been and will be in the future to be able to do business together. Can't wait for this new beginning to start!!! See y'all very soon S.Carolina!!!!!!!
