I had some warranty work on my new Cadillac XT5. Not wanted since it was new, but nothing is perfect. It was a controller unit that sends signals to the steering system for staying in a driving lane. It had indications that it sometimes didn't see the lanes. Earnhardt's ensured it was fixed correctly. Even though it took 2 days to complete the service. I felted wanted and needed and cared for as a customer. Really, as a consumer that is what I am looking for and Earnhardt delivered on that again. Great job to all of you!
