Not trust worthy. Paid them over 1200.00 bucks for custom computer. It NEVER worked correctly. In an out of shop till warranty ran out. Last time in they said mother board was broken. You tell me how did a mother board in a desk top get broken? I tell you it was broken when they built the desk top that is one of the reasons it NEVER WORKED correctly. The just kept me running back an forth taking it to them to fix till the warranty ran out. A few days after i got it back the last time it was messed up again. I tried to get them to repair an they told me warranty was out.... The money i saved up for this custom desk top computer for a long time was gone. They left me with nothing........ VERY Sad...... Do it your self or hire someone else. If you notice their reply you will see they said they don't do custom computers anymore not that they didn't do them. The reason this has been posted again is because they most likely paid to have it removed the first time. They were located by Walmart at that time. FACT.

Great work! They fixed my broken tablet screen in two days. It wasn t working at all so they had to fix two parts. Overall great experience would definitely go again!!

Great company! Not only did they fix my laptop, but the did it in less than 24hrs start to finish, and I was back to working in no time and made all my deadlines with work. Everyone I talked to here was super friendly and most important knowledgeable. I would give more stars if I could!

I took my phone here immediately after cracking it at work :( I dropped my phone off at around 3:20. Before 4pm even rolled around it was ready to go!! Service is impeccable and timing is everything, especially when you're glued to your phone like I am! So thankful for them!

My laptop was unable to boot up and there were still files that I needed that I hadn't backed up. They pulled these files off from hard drive and it was ready to be picked up within hours and at a very affordable price. Great service. Highly recommended.

These young men did an outstanding job on repairing my computer it os an older machine and has 2 1tb hard drives in it. the only thing that they did not yet just like I wanted it but they told me before it started they probably could not save my programs I had installed but they did say that all I had to do is update to that I do have and it woulld reinstall. The only other small complaint that I have is they do not offer any type of discount especially to the military or retired military. With an army post this close, it would make good sense to offer a military discount just my humble opinion. I will be coming back if I need y'all service again thank you so much.

My laptop is behaving badly. The touch screen just blacks out willy-nilly. But, we can't find out why. This company is doing its utmost to figure it out. Thought it was fixed once but as soon as I started using it the screen blacked out. Eagle's Wings is hang in and still working to resolve the issue. Computers aren't always easy and straight forward when they go rogue!.

Repaired my external hard drive tested everything found it was just the circuit board and would need sent out which would have been $$$$$ they replaced the board and put it in a new case all for less than $100

I had issues with my MacBook Pro not being able to boot up after downloading the new operating system. I brought my computer to them and they were able to figure it out and graciously didn t charge me because the issue was my Internet connection. They re very helpful and I would recommend their services.

Took my iPad Air 2 for glass replacement. The person in charge took the iPad to the back of the store and returned a few moments later with a quote of $330. When I told him that his quoted price was higher than the cost of a new unit, he condescendingly said "so get a new one". A lady in front of me complained that they would not honor their warranty. Apparently this is not a place to take your business to. I bought a replacement glass online and proceeded to fix it myself (after watching a bunch of YouTube videos). Saved $300.

My computer was killed by a lightning strike. I dropped it off and was given a very rough estimate as to the time (1-3 days) and price to repair. I got my repaired computer back in 1 day and, because of taxes, the charge was $3 over the estimate. Very happy with their service!!!

I had a battery replaced in my cell phone. It came in the next day and was installed and has worked great. Clean establishment and courteous employees.

Awful. They cracked my screen even worse and left the phone completely inoperable. Then followed it up with, "well, there's no charge". Really? No apology, no offer to assist further- just an "oh well" attitude. Take your broken phones elsewhere.

My problem is that I was offered a simple solution that I had already been trying and quoted an outrageous price to do it. I was trying to avoid reformatting and losing my data. But that is what they offered and wanted to charge me almost $200 to do it.

Had unknown problems with laptop, we thought maybe bad hard drive situation. Turned out to be something else totally wrong. Eagle Wings folks found problem and fixed it within 24 hours. Asked many questions of the business over the years and they never seem to know what I'm talking about. I am usually asking if they'd be able to order something, but the most common answer is, "I don't know of anything like that" I ask them if they can order something with the knowledge that it exists already... the least they can do is look it up on google.

I try and stick to getting things through local businesses, but when they are just too lazy to care, there is no sense in supporting them.

Took iPhone to have screen replaced seal has relifted and cracked screen again . Had my sons battery replaced now it won t charge they re telling me charging port. Will not be using after today. Seriously frustrated.

Both times they have replaced screens on my iPhones, they have done so very quickly. They said about an hour, so I left a number. About the time I reached where I was going, they called to say it was ready. Could've waited, not complaining, just showing how fast they can be. Obviously, times can vary, and until they tear into something, you have no idea what is REALLY wrong. Quick and fair price!

I took my iPhone here for repair. The screen was black, but all functions still remained. I could make and receive phone calls so long as I was connected to a Bluetooth device. It received text messages, made sounds, talked to Siri, etc. when I picked up my phone, it didn't work at all. The screen was now cracked and chipped, and did not function. I could not make Siri come on....after speaking with the manager, which got me no where, she guaranteed my phone would still function as before. It did not. All I got was "there's no charge today," I would hope not as the business put my phone into a worse condition than when they received it. I had to purchase a new phone and getting my old one repaired now isn't even worth the cost, I can't resell it or anything. I have an ugly paperweight...very dissatisfied. Will not ever bring my business to them again, nor will I give a recommendation to anyone I know. I will gladly tell all to avoid this business for iPhone repair.
