I took my iPhone here for repair. The screen was black, but all functions still remained. I could make and receive phone calls so long as I was connected to a Bluetooth device. It received text messages, made sounds, talked to Siri, etc. when I picked up my phone, it didn't work at all. The screen was now cracked and chipped, and did not function. I could not make Siri come on....after speaking with the manager, which got me no where, she guaranteed my phone would still function as before. It did not. All I got was "there's no charge today," I would hope not as the business put my phone into a worse condition than when they received it. I had to purchase a new phone and getting my old one repaired now isn't even worth the cost, I can't resell it or anything. I have an ugly paperweight...very dissatisfied. Will not ever bring my business to them again, nor will I give a recommendation to anyone I know. I will gladly tell all to avoid this business for iPhone repair.
